Well, for a forum game it would be quite cool.

In my old fort, I was trying to build one of those "danger rooms" for my military to train. I build a weapon trap with a wooden spear, but I couldn't figure out how to link it to a pressure plate. I assumed that the plate has to be on the same tile as the trap, because that were the "damage area" would (am I wrong here?), but I couldn't build it there. I wanna try building another one in my new fort, so how do you set it up?

You build it away from the spike, much like a lever, and link it to the spike, much like you would for a lever. (They're pretty much the same)
