Quality has definitely improved.

One question though, Why adventure mode? :P

I enjoy watching others fail as hard as I do in fortress. x)

Damn, this fortress is like Zombie Jesus. Cept it's more Zombie and less Jesus.

Sounds fine to me bro. Next?

I'm loading stuff at a WHOPPING HUGE 3kbps. Apparently, our exchange isn't properly waterproofed, and every time it rains, said exchange short-circuits, dropping us to this terrible speed.
So I can't take a turn here anyway.
I hereby declare this fortress abandoned for the THIRD AND FINAL TIME.
If you wish to continue, I suggest making an "Angelashes 4.0 - seriously why does this keep happening?" thread

You officially have 3 times my regular satellite connection. Congratulations. (Wishes he was kidding)

lol I'm good, I was having trouble with the FPS lag. Was getting 10 frames. :(

Yikes, sorry I haven't been around, Lots of traveling lately for the holidays. Anywho, thanks for coving me Guude, I was suppose to play that year. I'll update the OP as well as try to get back into the groove.

7
Hmm, I'll try those. I'm not sure if USEC used a burrow to get everyone to use the closest stone or not.

8
Alright, it's half way through the year, everyone is still idle, there's 4 picks at the workshop and there's about 10 or so in the weapons storage. They're not gunna get this done. Everyone has the mining labor on, some only have that. They still won't mine. Anyone wanna take this?

9
Nope, all military personnel are dead. I think this is the Dwarf fortress version of a worker strike.

I'm a little busy trying to trick clowns into a soulcather atm in primeswords, You can skip me for now. :D

So, If the goblins don't work, someone's gunna have to scraifice them self's to seal away the clowns. I SMELL EPIC HERO STORY! Also, they still won't pick up a damn pick. that's the 15th one i made, and they don't even bother looking at it. >.< Yes, everyone has mining enabled.

I'm pretty sure clowns float/fly as well, so it would mainly be bridges. Thanks for the hint though, I suppose it pays to discuss fate altering plans with everyone involved. :D Also, I've ran into a small snag. I can't get anyone to pick up a god damn pickaxe!

going beyond the age of myth was almost imposable.

forgot to say this is on 40d18

That answered its self. On 40d you always reached the age of heroes. While in the new 2010, you never go beyond myth.

I think it's time for Operation Soulcatcher.

As you can see via the diagram, I've planned out a very long and winding lybrinth with a holding area at the end. The plan is to place as many goblins as I can in that holding area, link them to levers, and hope that the smell of fresh meat will lure the demons into the hallway. Once in the hallway, there will be a series of floodgates that will close behind them.

Alternate Build Option: I can place goblin bait at the end of each long hallway as so to slowly lure them all in better, would take longer to set up though.

Dude, I think he's glitched. He's been like that, there, since the start of the entire fortress. I wonder if the bed has assimilated him yet?
