Sorry, I'm not really in a position to put up a lurkertracker now. I can post one tonight, though.

That said, I gave the 5 surviving players a quick look, nobody needs a prod.

Argembarger:
I want Janus lynched.

But why?

Same reason Web wants Janus lynched?

You led him into the easy answer.  Why?  If you were baiting a trap, he clearly took it- why didn't you act on it?

It shows that Org is being demonstrably lazy in this game. I figured I'd be explicit as possible in my wording to see if Org had any reason to vote Janus besides an OMGUS for Janus' anti-Org policy, or lazily latching on to Web's work.

That said, what do you mean by acting upon it? If you mean further probing Org for his Janus vote, it seemed unnecessary to me. If you mean voting Org over it, well, lazy Ottofar is scummier than lazy Org in my opinion, so my vote stays there for now.

Now, I DID ask him for other scumpicks, and if he continues to ignore that question, he will be both lazy AND unhelpful, and therefore certainly scummy.

Pandarsenic, I checked back on your posts and you reek of active lurking. I would like your top 3 scumpicks.

PPE: A double-extension has my support. If necessary, this vote should be counted for a single-extension as well.

Also if someone else wants to handle BM XXI, that's cool.

Well, OMGUSes tend to be much more common in real life than mafia...

Everyone woke up to the sound of pounding and yelling at the door. It appeared that the rest of the ship had gotten worried at the length of silence from the meeting room.

One of the representatives ran to the door and yelled reassuring things to calm everyone down, telling them that the meeting would be over in a couple of days and that everything was OK.

After the crowd outside had been placated, everyone went and examined the new body.

Darvi's throat had been ripped out.

He was not possessed and had no special skills

There isn't much time left. The situation is reaching a critical point.

Pretty much.

Who would you want lynched if you couldn't lynch Janus?

Ok, sorry I was so busy over the weekend. I'm back.

First off, I think both Ottofars' and Toasters' kook claims are pretty much null tells, since a precendence for 2 kooks has been established, and also because they didn't claim in a way that was particularly scummy to me.

A lot of this feeling on my part may be coming from my Parabastard performance though, but so be it. I was slightly misguided then and don't want to repeat that mistake.

Therefore, webadict,
why massclaim? Wouldn't that be giving information to the wrong people? After all, scum already knows who is likely to be telling the truth.

Also, if you were a town roleblocker, who would you block tonight and why?
That's entirely the point. If the scum don't tell the truth, they'll be found out eventually. Multiple roles won't hit each other. Information can be collected secretly, and even Mediums can help out.

Also, you forget about Aliens.

And I would block Janus. Or Zathras. Those two for now. I'll check out who's suspicious later. EDIT: Actually, you're probably scum too, now that I look at it. So, you're in, too.

Alright, unvote, since my vote on you is just a lingering randomvote.

Argembarger, Jokerman: Please tell me your read on webadict, JTF and Ottofar.

webadict: hopy shit, walls of text. I would say his vote on Janus is really forced, except he seems to be building quite an impressive case on him... All in all, he comes off to me as rather neutral, although talkative web is certainly more useful web than quiet, somewhat snarky web. He took some time to respond to my question for him, though that isn't inherently scummy.

JanusTwoFace: I don't feel one way or the other on Janus. Web acts like he's certainly nailed scum, though... How Janus reacts to Web should be rather revealing, I think, for both of them.

Ottofar:
@Ottofar:
- Why did you vote Toaster *after* finding out there had been two kooks in a previous game?

Laziness, mostly. He was as good vote as any. All kinds of deleting on my phone takes ages.

I'll accept that you were too lazy to change the vote in that particular post, especially if you're posting from a phone.

It bothers me, however, that you don't seem to care about the vote. You're not questioning or following up with it at all.

Do you have reasons for thinking Toaster is scum besides the fact that he claimed Kook before you? Or are you content to just let your vote sit there and remain relatively baseless? Even just a couple of sentences of justification is better than nothing, and shouldn't take TOO long, even from a phone.

Lazyness is not the same thing as apathy, and it looks to me like you have both right now. And apathy is rather scummy.

Org: Joking, are we? What of Web's case on Janus? Do you think it holds up?

Jokerman-EXE: Who else do you feel is scummy, besides Ottofar? You've said a lot about who you think is NOT scummy, so I'm interested in who you think is and why.

SaintDraze was the next representative to be lynched.

Because of the deaths of the previous day, all hesitation was gone. Zrk2, Lordnincompoop, Akhier, and Darvi all picked up plastic cylindrical pencil holders from the table and beat SaintDraze to death with them.

Alas, no ichor spilled out of his ear. He was not possessed.

But at least he had no special skills, as well.

You all find the most comfortable position you can, and sleep through your fear and exhaustion.

It is now Night 2.
Night 2 ends Monday, February 14 @ 10:00 PM, or sooner.

Hey guys, uh

I'll be heading out tonight to take care of business.

I don't know if I will have internets access where I am going. It's possible, but slightly unlikely. If I have internet access, then this message can be disregarded.

If not, I'm going to mod extend the day until I have internet access again.

Please be patient. The day will end or be extended or whatever as soon as I am able to process it.

First off, posting from phone. Except I'm on my laptop. I'm about to make a two-hour drive and I need to pack up right away, so this will be quick.

Boo.

Argembarger, you were scum in two games out of three I played with you (IIRC). What did you learn about playing as scum?

PPE: Damn ninjas.

Scum should try not to consider the game from a scum perspective, and if possible, should ignore the fact that he/she is scum at all. Perfect, flawless scum would be scum that believes that they are town.

At least, in my opinion.

Argembarger:  Which type of mad scientist would you rather be if you were town?  Scum?

I would want to be a Cutting Edge scientist with a body double as town, and a Military Scientist with an Assassin bot as scum.

Body double would be most useful as town, for that invaluable second chance at scumhunting, and it wastes a scum nightkill. It wouldn't be so good for scum because they'd be alive as confirmed scum after the body double is killed (I think, unless dead body double doesn't reveal alignment. I'm not too sure)

Assassin bot is better for scum because it's effectively an extra kill when it counts. It could turn lylo into surprise instant-lose for town. It's not so good for town because there is very rarely confirmed scum that is still alive, and the risks of misfiring assassin bot are (in my opinion) not worth the chance of hitting scum.

Hello, Argembarger.  If you were scum, who would you randomvote?

Hello, Leafsnail.

As scum, I would randomly randomvote Ottofar.

Therefore, webadict,
why massclaim? Wouldn't that be giving information to the wrong people? After all, scum already knows who is likely to be telling the truth.

Also, if you were a town roleblocker, who would you block tonight and why?
