« on: August 16, 2012, 04:09:11 pm »Logged back in today, had 270-some crystite in my inventory, when I had logged out with 10 (WTF?). Took 5 minutes to find the place I had to go to do the research/manufacturing because where I logged out wasn't where I logged in and it isn't on the map and didn't have a quest target.
Yeah, there's apparently been tons of problems with inventory updates, I suspect that it's just the server buckling under the stress of so many people being logged in now due to the alienware giveaway and the recent invites that they handed out.

There were about twenty monsters chasing after me, half of them the big dudes. A single little dude stayed behind and killed the mission objective before it got even halfway through. Is it supposed to be mind-blowingly difficult, or am I doing it wrong?
That's an instance where it would be more fun to play with people. It's difficult to solo thumpers. I've always been lucky with them - a random passerby usually jumps in to help out a bit.
Don't you love that? The only sad part is that you can't get the crystite drops

« on: August 13, 2012, 10:59:48 pm »The game's pretty fun so far, though there seems to be a marked lack of missions (aside from the specials) once the tutorial is complete.I do believe that they'll work on the missions later, but in other areas (most noticeably, transhub) there's a couple mission arcs.
Also, play with people if you can. Solo is fun, but I can see how playing with others would be much more so.
