Especially with pop music it seems that (and my bias is showing here) that they are designed to be catchy, and draw sales, but not actually quality music. It seems to me that music is no longer about being music, or appreciating the art, and is instead intended as a background for socialization. Maybe music was always like that, I don't know, but that's what seems to be going on as far as I can tell.

I just find it a little unlikely that Shakespeare could write a character who would appear so sympathetic without intending it at least a little bit.

Yes. Shakespeares' characters are what he wants them to be. I think the only way they could come of differently than he intended would be through time shifting the lense of the viewer.

Even if the sea level rise goes the full ten metres like some people say it will, I doubt it's gonna spell the absolute end for them, I'm pretty sure the Dutch in particular considered it more of a challenge than a threat.

I mean I'm sure one of these days when it starts to become a threat to people the rest of the European countries are going to freak out then the Netherlands will all just be like, "Don't worry guys, I got this."
Then when the day has been saved they'll go, "That's great, but did you have to put all those tulip farms and apple orchards on the reclaimed land?" And the good old NL will be all like, "No need to thank me."

As someone who is a quarter Dutch I support this message.

Or shove a beer can in it, that helps.

The best bet is to legalize, regulate and tax it, like alcohol or tobacco. imagine if we could make money on pot instead of losing it in the War on Drugs.

I cook dinner pretty often. I also curl. Curling is great, but it might be more sport than hobby.

Three: Individual educational planning. Most people don't need more than reading and writing from our universal education. At some point, regular schoolwork becomes work for the sake of doing work.

Y'don't say? I'm pretty sure most elementary school exists to babysit kids so their parents can work.
