, look for all stuff I can find. Sacrifice my piece of wood to the tree (as in, put it to the bark at the roots and gently press it in to form it with the tree.)
, look at tree, look at pool, examine water, examine blood and the shape of the smear. Oh, and look at garden, what's growing there.
i am a super, duper, mega ultra noob, that went partway through a tutorial before realizing that i missed something halfway through it and now i have no idea how to find my way back to the tutorials path.(bold above for first problem)
you could re-start, or (if you had autosave and autobackup on) just load an earlier save. however, if you see only 1 save, then sorry, can't revert.
anyways, what are some recommended settings for a noob such as myself?
Two questions:1. [ q ] over the workshop. it will say stuff like "blah blah blah wants blah blah". Or differently. Check the wiki to see what they want and what sort of mood it is. you can also see materials and things in a workshop through [ t ] and can forbid materials to make them get something else.
1) Is there a way to see what a moody dwarf requires after (s)he has taken over a shop but before (s)he starts gathering specific materials?
2) What's the melting point for coke and charcoal (or do we even know)?
