About the mud pit, it's already muddy and theres a door to get in. Also it makes more sense why you got to be the overseer now.

Originally he made a stage for poetry slams, I tried turning it into an arena but flooded the bottom by accident. I uilt a floor over the water and I guess thats the poetry stage now.
