I have yet to see anyone explicetly disagree with the mission statement in particular.Lack of agreement is not agreement of lack. Wait, that doesn't work.
Again, it isn't a wizard. I think. It's playing as that type of guy what builds giant magical golems, hides an enchanted ready to fire ballista in a bag of holding and possibly makes a flying chair that fires magic missiles at everyone below.Like that's more original.
It's more 'I make the stuff what fight for me' than 'I cast fireball'
Yukari pales and looks somewhat horrified at Hogasha's alternate form. She hides it quickly.
"Um...yeah, um....
What're we here for again?"
"Yeah, can we just get this over with already?"To inform you a bit, then ideally get on our way. Unfortunately short-term but probably fortunately long-term, we keep hearing of more magic-affected people."
[IF Baldman_Hospital = Everyoneelse_Hospital]((Why not?))
We're here because of the two highly damaging incidents that we've caused since we've arrived...and Grate took a manipulator pill and... gottverdammte, I don't even want to know how badly that screwed things up.Grate feels an inexplicable pang of guilt.
"She's my friend too, you know.""So?"
Albrecht glares at him as he cleans up his bleeding nose.
True enough, I suppose. But how else are we to find out if elves can digest cellulose? It seems like an entirely reasonable adaptation for them to have, and it never hurts to know for sure. Why would it be reasonable? Elves aren't grazers. Especially not cave elves; cavern flora wouldn't even have cellulose.
Your mother works hard and is the main bread winner of the family, she produces very little when it comes to arms and armor and is more focused on producing tools. Though being of dwarven make and seeing as how little dwarves care for gardening and wood felling, her business is barely steady in your first few years of life.
Your father on the other hand is a tinkerer, always trying to produce the next best thing, that will revolutionize dwarf kind. Because of this he wastes materials and sells little, he's still relatively young and full of dreams!
you are now a child, your parents are poor, what do they do with you?
Oh, right. And that's all there is. The only stuff that says anything about becoming a mad artificer has been a statement of intent by you.
Well lets take an excess of intelligence and dump wisdom because that sounds exactly like the kind of mad techno science wizard we're trying to make here.
We're a drow, not a cow!Have to eat something, right?Graze....?

"Daaaaaaang. It seems these dice have something against awesome characters."I know, right?
Side note: What the hell, GWG and escaped lurker? Why would you send Wishbone to his death like that. This is what I get for not posting in this thread for a few days. He's supposed to be a melee attacker! Just like the monk...oh.
Ithan: You know what you must do. Summon the dragon! I am pretty sure that there are enough elves there to boost us up to 100, and knowing my brother the way I do, he probably made this room a pseudo boss fight just to troll us before the escort leaves. Therefore, we can summon the dragon.+1
Ignacio:Pew pew! Shoot the elvish newb!
Oscar:You know, trolls win flame wars too often. Not today. Melt his face off with a fiery dash.
Weirdsound: Explain the mechanics behind escaping an encounter, just in case.
