It's alright. And I'll even do that without a turn.

There's the Deadly Four, presumably. Only three you can actually "see", though. You wonder where the fourth is, or if there even is one. A couple more appear; one throws something before vanishing. Probably Catcher, from the Blood and Guts or whatever they're called. The other...[10] He's a newer guy. You've heard of him. Snakey guy, grows. He seems to be doing that now. Another guy carrying three people comes in. One of them tries to start a speech, identifying himself as Skull. [19] That means the guy that just sped in must be Femur, the little kid holding Skull's hand is Jaw, and the other guy...Fang, the power-thief guy. Skull collapses, struck by some kind of laser, and someone appears. [6] You don't know who it is, but between lasers and teleportation he's pretty scary.
Then, your ability to "see" water cuts out, starting in a blob of invisibility and quickly expanding until it reached Aquarius, when the whole sense cut out. You try to think of what could cause this...[3] He's too busy panicking to figure anything out.

A while ago some serious stuff went down which really threw me off and I didn't feel like updating for a while (By serious stuff I mean that my dog got bitten by a snake and nearly died).
Ouch. I can...is it sympathize or empathize when you haven't experienced exactly that but can still imagine the magnitude of the sadness?

I really don't know why you're all so attached to the carriage.
It can carry more stuff than we can, more easily, and if I get this thing working more quickly. Heck, we could even keep moving while everyone except Ekoka slept.

What does a shut-in do when getting mobbed?

PANIC.

So the voice wasn't just a petulant child. This would make dealing with it much more difficult.

Try to filter out the voice with happy thoughts. Think about my family. Think about painting. The voice is a transient thing. It can offer me nothing. It is merely noise that seeks to make me impatient. Also, step away from the building.

Taisho glares and removes his phone.
"Another one? Ugh. And...paralysis, great."
He turns to Williamina. "You were hit by the meteorite, though? That means something happened. We aren't sure what, but it did."

Keep up the good work! If I could update this frequently and non-terribly and didn't always let 10 times as many players as I should join, and probably if I stopped overthinking everything which would probably help the update speed thing actually I would be one of the best GMs on Bay12.

It's a show that features a magical turtle that could solve every water shortage problem forever, another that can punch you so hard you hit the moon and a special move that not only renders entire money-based economies broken but is perfectly legal and used only for the purposes of beating others up..
I don't see why logic would even apply.

Ekoka rises from the carriage, before climbing on top of it. This probably wasn't needed, but it would certainly be more dramatic. And you never know. He then prepares a spell that would let them get out of this hellhole.

Focus on casting a spell similar to Alacrity, which will propel the carriage rather than accelerating my movements.

More importantly, I think it is very important that Grate still attempt to keep himself alive, despite the apparent advantages of his condition. Especially if it resets his memory, because we don't know if it merely resets him to a single specific point, instead of gradually worsening or introducing some other kind of eventual handicap a-la Morul's former all-seeing goggles.
((I intend to. Although Grates 1-4 would probably try to fill Grate 5 in. Probably in contradictory manners, because they all only remember one bit of it but have opinions/theories on the rest. And because #3 is a bit of a megalomaniac.
I am wondering what the risk of clone degradation is, though.))

Huh. Somehow, I envisioned those moves putting my allies within a turn of me.
And I probably should have read my weapon description a bit more carefully. Stupid polearms.

...I really wish I had my computer, with its both books. Instead, I only have the first book and its combat lite stuff.
