"They're mecha. We're fighting mecha battles."
"A bit simplistic, but yes, the LCAs will be an important part of the upcoming war. The two sides seem to be opposites in some ways. We could play them off each other--"

"Why try to destroy one? Wouldn't it make sense to have both? If we play them off each other, either it fails and we have two enemies, or it works and we have one probable enemy, stronger from what territory of the other he claimed. It's lose-lose. We should try to ally both."
"It makes sense. Highly skilled pilots are rare, sir."
"What a glorious revolution this will be!"
"We'll have chances for war against everyone else."

- No hostile interactions (ie, war) between nations.
- A division of Earth. NERIELS would like the Arctic, North and Central America, and Alaska.
- A Mutual Defense Agreement--ie, if some third party goes to war with you, NERIELS would go to was with said third party.
- Research is to be shared as soon as possible.
