((That requires that you be able to kill your extreme superiors before you fall too far behind. Which, again, is a matter of luck.))

((I'd be impressed with any generator that small that managed a decent power output.))

Considering that, between the high lethality level of the PCs and the swift gain in power of the killers, making them weaker whenever their dice turn up unfavorably--making such events likelier--is not exactly fair. Or, once we get some players strong enough to kill most other players and some too weak to be effective, not remotely fun for anyone except the squabbling gods.

"Preventing situations like that from happening in first place would be ideal. Such a result isn't particularly surprising, though. Contingencies will need to be designed into the testing procedures in such situations that try to mitigate or cure the more averse reactions. Rest assured, if that happens to you, I will try a bit harder than they did to fix it."
"Tha's...a relief, I guess."

You try to think of some ways you could get a good cash flow...
1. Some superheroes, especially the more prominent or full-time ones, can get donations or even full-out sponsorships.
2. Obviously, if you made a supervillain, you could have him commit crimes to get money.
3. If you created a formula that gave powers useful for military purposes without too much of a chance of an adverse reaction, you could try selling it to the Armed Forces.
4. Sell to criminals or other desperate individuals, China, Russia, or someone in the Middle East, and you might be able to strike out that "adverse reaction part.
5. Heck, combining this with #1 or 2, you might even be able to set up a sort of "partnership" deal--you give them powers, they give you X% of what they make.
6. Or you could get a job or some investments. Desperate times, you know.

Oh.

That's still most everyone before him.

((Recharges. Or, really long-lasting batteries. Batteries tend to be a lot smaller than (efficient) generators, you know.))

Give the steampunk man a stovepipe hat and monocle and I'll be happy.
And an axe. And a chance to become president.

And vampires to slay.

I should inform you that Blaziken is an uber, as such, Torchic would have to remain un-evolved for 9/10th of the game. Maybe you wish to change your choice?
Yeah, probably a good idea.

Let's go with Froakie, then. Also, I call the Dragon gym.

It's the beginning of Psalm 23. Not Google Translated, taken from a German bible website. Hopefully it's actually correct; I wouldn't have the foggiest.
Looked it up to figure out what it was.
I'll take your word for it.

And that final 1 wasn't forcing you to cower. It's... well, it's your mental stability. These critters have the ability to erode your mind and will over time. There are ways to restore mental stability, but as long as these bastards keep shrieking you'll keep going crazy. (Don't worry, they can't shriek much.)
Whoo. Go me.

Long story short: These creatures are nasty. When I first created them I designed them specifically to be tough to kill, hard to fight and completely and utterly mad. They're living nightmares. <.<; Canonically, their very presence is enough to instill paralysis, but I didn't think I'd subject that to you guys on top of everything else. Like near-immunity to magic.
1. Transparent is better. White is just visible on Standard, and sticks out like a sore thumb on any weirdo using Darkling.
2. Um, you sent us from a bar brawl to a horde of nightmares. Isn't there supposed to be an intermediate bit?

((IMHO, batteries are likelier for the basic suits.))

Pretty much everyone is already multicellular, so eukaryote.
Well, I was asking because...
You are little more than a single celled organism.
Or are we multicellular?
I said everyone else was multicellular.
Species Name: Elephant
Color: Grey
Starting Evolutions:
  Trunk-mouth
  Eye-tusks
  Elephant hoof things
Species Name: Puttle
Color: A greenish, vomit-like color.
Starting Evolutions: A star shaped proboscis for ingesting foodstuffs, Capable of sensing electric fields, Capable of discharging electric energy for small amount of movement.
Species Name: Ballisto-shrimps
 Color: maroon.
Starting Evolutions: A four-tined jaw for holding onto  food while it is absorbed, A bulbous sack behind the mouth containing proto-eyes and an echolocation organ,  a battery of  narrowing tubules through which water is squeezed  rapidly to move.
Species Name: Xanalok
Color: Purple
Starting Evolutions:
-Hardened spikes all around the outside of the cell membrane
-Increased reproduction rate
-Many tiny filter mouths in the areas where spikes don't cover (should be small)
Species Name: Puff

Color: Pastel yellow

Starting Evolutions:
-amoebic pseudopodes
-jellyfish-like light sensing organs
-a pincer-esque jaw, much like a bulldog ant
Most of these have 2-3 (underlined) adaptations that don't work on cells. Although...how does a jawed, organed animal have pseudopodes?

Moreover...
You can spend these on evolving your creature into whatever you can feasibly get it to. For starters, though, you'll want some way of ingesting food. Mouths are traditional for this. After that, some basic sensory organs never hurt anyone, or methods of movement.
Mouths and sensory (and other) organs only apply to multicellular organisms.

--tables example--
ah cheers, i get it now.
((You sure? I think I messed up that table pretty badly...somehow...))

"As for a personal weapon, I'd also like to see if I can make a laser sidearm with an external energy source.. say a lithium-polymer battery, that you hook on your belt, and the pistol would charge up as you have it holstered.  It would only be good for one shot at a time, but it could be a pretty good shot for such a small weapon."
"i have been considering a similar system for a while now, the basic principle was to replace your suits power supply with a tri-phasic generator connected to a high density energy storage medium, this system would allow your suit to idly build up massive quantities of power which could then be directed into the weapons via electromagnetic induction or specialized connection nodes built into the gloves.
The benefit of this system is that you wont need a dedicated power source for each piece of equipment you possess and you can turn your gloves into powerful tasers with only slight modifications."

((On the other hand...that generator and the storage medium had better be pretty dang well-armored.

((Maybe they take the first half of this name too seriously?))

The currently-suggested "death points" have a notable effect instantly; however, I think it only lasts the one life, and it's only for times that you die stupidly.

12015
Also, if it's using a d10, it's technically not an RTD.
Roll to Dodge simply means it uses a Die for rolling. The size does not matter, and people have actually made entire classification systems for RtDs that include non D6 rolling methods, and even non-dice methods of obtaining results.
So yes, it's still a RtD.
It's a bit more complex than that...but yeah, I've run RtD's with d10's and stuff.

One question: do we start out as prokaryotes or eukaryotes? This is rather important, to be honest.

...

Another question: is absorbing chemicals through our cell membranes something we automatically have?
Pretty much everyone is already multicellular, so eukaryote.
