But since they are diminutive, they can't make unarmed attacks, and their grapple modifier is -12. Swarms of them are a mediocre combat strategy. Also, I'm not quite sure how health scales between crystals. I think it's half of the original's HP. I think I'll just have them throw each other. Or build them into a suit of crystal armor. OR BOTH.

Just force the enemy to be unable to move. Grapple with enough, one will get a 20 on the roll.
Or just Share Powers with whatever psions have instead of Enlarge Person. Suddenly, you have Tiny psicrystals, capable of dealing 1 damage with an unarmed strike.

-Gelatin, this would probably be a living sea.
-A very heavy gas, perhaps argon will get a usage.

-Eh. A bit on the rare side, in the crust area. Not too terrible; I won't oppose it if it's popular, but I certainly won't support it.

-A bit...off. It's an organic chemical, after all; out-of-place in a world of silicon. Moreso than it would be otherwise, I mean. Maybe Si₂H₆O or something.
-Perfectly fine. Common, contains generally-useful elements for life.

I vote for lesser liquid mana (as in diluted form) but what would the pros and cons be for the others?

Pro: Not absurdly expensive. Makes sense.
Con: Not absurd.

Tabitha manages to salvage most of the basics. Some of her more complex machines are irreparable, but aside from her prototype bits of the power-serum-making machine, it should be pretty easy to remake.
On that note...
[2] Between a lack of time and a lack of materials, Tabitha has not even begun restarting that particular project.

Amusing, how that turned out.

A few days. Tomorrow in-game is an induction ceremony for a bunch of heroes joining the Protectorate and Wards. If Tabitha wanted in, that would be the time. Delphinium and Kinetics are suspicious that the villains are going to be attacking during the ceremony, so they borrowed some PRT gear to use in case of ambush.
