I hereby volunteer for submarine duty. I noticed a lack of utility spells, so I built a druid build that can do all that and launch underwater assaults. I used, primarily: Elemental Companion (Water) (Complete Mage), which allows me to trade in my animal companion and wild empathy for an elemental, which is medium-sized by level 6. Aquatic Breath (Complete Mage), which gives me free water breathing so long as I have an (at least) level 3 water spell prepared, and, since druids don't get a water spell at level 3, Heighten spell, to boost any water spells I have. Also, I get +1 CL on water spells.Neat. Kre!aqil would gladly follow.
FAKEEDIT: I was reading the description of Aquatic Breath more closely, and I realized that it says that it allows you to breath normally in air, too. So I can take one of the aquatic races from UA, and not have to worry about airdrowning so long as I have one of these spells prepared as well as any number of contingencies.
That was probably a very inefficient powergame, but still it's interesting, at least I think so. Also, I'll be able to summon sharks with Summon Nature's Ally III and up. Also, for underwater sneakery and whatnot, I could use Aquatic Escape, which is a level 1 druid spell that polymorphs the caster into a small fish for 1 round per level. Please, criticize me with any number of acid spells.

seriously, dragons got a very noticable nerf. One should see to it to remove most dragon moves except maybe one for STAB, and make room for varied coverage.And the more I know...
