Everyone arrives at the PRT HQ. The room is packed, with everyone from the Pure Lilies to the Seven. It's a bit unstable; Paintcan and Pale Girl are glaring at each other, with the rest of the Lilies and Herbicide not much friendlier. Imber, a few Replican duplicates, and Tectonic from the Islanders are in one corner, with a small gap between them and the others. Felis Nocht is clinging on a wall, keeping an eye on Krait, whose gaze is on Slither once he enters with Steven and Kinetics. Towards the back, Carborn towers over everyone, with the eyes of Apokryfi on him. Even the Yatowa Itsuki have showed up. Overall, if it wasn't for the fact that they all knew a Terror was coming to destroy the city, this would be a center of chaos within moments.

"Thank you for coming here, heroes, villains, and rogues of Toronto. Shortly, others from other cities will be arriving. Unfortunately, they will not be coming fast, and Naga is faster. We may have only minutes before it arrives, so listen up.

"As I speak, armbands are being handed out. Place it on your arm, lock it into place. When you know what team you will be on, press the button below the screen and state your codename twice, followed by what team you are on. Anyone capable of going toe-to-toe with Naga--not many--is on Team Phalanx. Phalanx will be attacking Naga head-on, trying to hurt it or at least slow it down. Anyone with ranged attacks which may be capable of harming or hindering Naga, is on the Archer Team. Archers will be more distant, though their goals will be the same! Those who can either create force fields, control water, or otherwise impede Naga's ability to cause destruction are on Team Bastion, and will be doing exactly that. Anyone who can fly or something and carry another person will be on Team Dragoon. Some Dragoons will be carrying around Archers or Bastions with low mobility, others will be used elsewhere. Those with abilities useful for healing, you are on Team Hippocrates, and will be working either in the field or in the hospitals to get people back on their feet, not dying, and so forth; your armband will display a priority chart on command. Don't strain yourselves, Hippocratics--it's a long fight ahead of us. Those with Mover abilities less suited to Team Dragoon but who can still transport people, you are on the Evac Team. Evacs will be moving injured capes unable to escape from the battlefield to somewhere safer! If you think your talents are best used elsewhere, state Special Instance and we will get Multask on it immediately. If you are uncertain about what team to go on, ask someone in charge or just pick one!"

i can only assume she became infused with some sort of indestructable material, if we take the whole powers come from another dimension thing then my working theory would be a metaphysical link to a pocket dimension where she had a phantom body made out of a passenger scale.

Reaching out with his enlarged hand steven attempts to pick up his old body, regardless of the success or failure of this endeavour he then tries to possess it as part of his swollen hand.

Steven grabs his old body, picking it up. He manages to keep it from sliding through his hand, somehow. He doesn't understand how, but then again he's a superperson. Phasing into it works pretty well, although it's a bit slow. He sheds a lot of the water before entering.

I have seen instances of additional toughness, power resistance and energy blade generation.  He is called Thalsian, and he was invited to the Bones meeting today.

Noted. Bring Thalsian to the PRT HQ. I believe the powers he gives will be extremely useful.

Steven slips into the water, feeling a bit off, then lifts one arm out. It's not easy--it's like someone strapped weights to your arm--but it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
