Alchemist's fire requires air...gunpowder is almost certainly going to cost money, but is certainly possible. Not that immovable rods don't make a small hole. Just that if you do it in the right place, get lucky, place them right, etc., they can make a large whole(place it so the ship is cut along one side, essentially, by it, for example, or so it breaks the center-piece thing. Would need to place it sideways, though, for the record). Or place it so it breaks their mast. :D

Mostly just because I think it would be cool, is all. An Immovable Staff would work better for the purpose, though. Or a set of them. Three would let you tear a rather large chunk, underwater or not.
Assuming the ship was moving fast enough.
And gunpowder costs nothing compared to mid-level magic items.

Speed, Health, Power.

Pick 2.

I pick Speed and Health, personally; we can handle Power ourselves.
You left out "Cost".

+1 to improving communications.

-1 to absurd biology-and-or-physics-defying abilities like spiders and gooifying.

Alright then, now to find a way to actually put fires out... Without relying on a spell...
Hm, if only you had access to a large quantity of water...

Just a note, the aether does offer summoning of bear-ish things.
And Primal doesn't have anything like that?

Camille takes Richard to a room to cuddle. :3
Cuddling.
And nothing sexual happened. The end.
((Suuure...))

))Um. Not much to do.))

((The problem is that your chances involve my character not being able to do anything.
That and restraining the guy who got buried alive isnt the wisest decision when it comes to garnering his cooperation.

Regardless i give you permission to temporarily brainwash my character in order get things moving.))
((Once I get time to type up a turn, you'll know how to get back in without significant...brainwashing.

Sorry for the delays. Homework, then dinner, then a bunch of people were gathering to play horror video games. Plans: Slenderman, Amnesia, Dead Space. Dead Space didn't work and Amnesia kept crashing, so...Slenderman, a bit of amnesia, SCP: Containment Breach, and now L4D2. Which everyone is dying at. Maybe trying to play a multiplayer game alone isn't smart, guys? And if you have to, maybe don't rush at bunches of zombies before killing them?

Fun fact: I played the Slenderman game once, surviving for ~10-15 minutes when the average was around six, getting two pages, which put me around the 50th percentile. I only died because I faced the chainlink fence--again--and decided to back up because I didn't want to turn around. Turns out, Slendie was behind me, and if youback into him long enough the game turns you around so you look at him. The best part is, people kept laughing...and afterwards, I learned that they were laughing because of all the times I should have died but didn't.

So. It was fun.))

And himself.

(Honestly, I wouldn't care too much if I replaced Unholy with a waitlister due to Unholy's decisions. I would prefer not to, of course, but if Pariah tosses out his last chance...)

"Get out of that air vent, air vents aren't that large."
No response. It's almost as if his voice carried down the metal-lined air channel of the air vent.

Catherine just sits around somewhere.
"Hmm... I wonder what'll happen next? I mean, we've already had encounters with a whole different universe..."
She is interrupted by a voice coming out of her air vent.
"Two of them."

"How so? My alternate form is psychopathic. I'm not, I have standards."
She hears a voice coming out of the air vent.
"Two of them."

"Apply quantum mechanics so you can try all options."
((The Coil solution. Nice.))

Article by Rich Burlew, author of Order of the Stick. A few notable bits:

Quote from: Rich Burlew
When you think about a situation, ask yourself, "Is this the only way my character can react to this?" Chances are, the answer is, "No."
Quote from: Rich Burlew
A lot of people mistake this for good roleplaying, because you are asserting your character's personality. Wrong. Good roleplaying should never bring the game to a screeching halt.
Quote from: Rich Burlew
The division between your personality and that of your character only goes so far as it helps the game; once it begins becoming a disruption, a player has a responsibility to alter his or her character's decisions in the interest of the group.

((I was mostly trying to find a loophole. Loopholes are fun.))

14955
((Again, does it have to involve Richard?))
((....yes.))
((Hm. If Richard got a MG-esque second form, and Magic-Catgirl-Camille or someone else with two forms slept with Richard, and they both changed forms during the night, would that be good enough for Cupid?))
