"Good to hear. It wears off after a week or two if it's not reapplied. Earlier if you give it an extremely good scrubbing."
((I find this statement amusing.))

((GWG is there a cape with the same power as contessa in this universe?))
((Yes. That reminds me, I never finished the Inner Circle, did I?))

Tabitha finishes her morning's work before heading to the conference room.
[1]
It had been horrible. She gave what she had a quick test right before heading out, and something was screwed up somewhere because it broke. No major wounds, but Hannah was in the infirmary for some cuts. What was really torturing Tabitha was, did she screw up the design or the build to make this happen?

The main conference room at the PRT HQ is packed with employees. All the Protectorate and Wards in Toronto are in the front row or two, with PRT officers filling the next several rows. Independent heroes, miscellaneous PRT employees, and special guests from city hall, the police department, and so forth finish off the crowd. Argonaut is standing at the front, with a large white screen behind him. Argonaut clears his throat, his voice echoed by speakers around the room picking up sound from some unseen microphone.
"Good morning, heroes, officers of the law, PRT employees, and everyone else attending this meeting. As you know, we are here to discuss one of the major groups of supervillains in Toronto today: The Bones. Lead by Skull, they have always been a minor concern. Skull is a Master, and his subordinates include a tinker and a combination Master-Stranger-Trump, not to mention a number of mundane humans and artificial minions. Thankfully, these have been minor for the most part; Spine is an average tinker at best, his Vertebrae are fairly weak; Skull's Master powers are limited to limited--albeit sometimes horrifying, as at least a few of us in here can attest--physical control of vertebrates and use of skeletal minions more pathetic than the Vertebrae, and Humerus's duplicates are easily detected by simple Master or Stranger protocols, or by use of one of our Wards. However, they have recently been recruiting. The number of unpowered Bones is believed to have risen from less than a dozen to perhaps fourty or fifty. Vertebrae have been increasing in number and quality, and several of the unpowered Bones have been using powered armor and other high-investment tinker gear. Yesterday, three new members were confirmed, with rumors of two others showing up since. This is a volatile and swiftly-changing situation; hence, before I continue, I would like to make it clear that the audience should feel free to speak up and share new information or even correct me if they have newer intelligence, ideally during a pause." Argonaut demonstrates with a pause.

((At services, be back soon assuming I don't commit assualt out of irrational rage. :/ ))
((Fun. What kind of services?))

Selina sits in the living room a little nervous and bored, most likely with Nuriel nearby.
Yup. Nuriel is watching Selina.
"So, um..."

((And we just passed a highly dangerous page.))

>We don't, ya adorable sociopath. We're gonna use this bloody rock to build ourselves an army. Or at least the equipment for it. Though we're going to have to get the flesh vats up and working; but I'm sure the Doc will be more then happy to do that.
((Oh hell yes. If this goes right we'll have our own army to command. The armchair strategist inside me is squealing with potential glee right now.
((What makes you think you're getting an army?))

((Cue him shooting it and someone tampering with it with an amp, blowing the SW and the surrounding area sky high.))
((FTFY. Why wait for him to shoot?))

*glork gurk*

Form a layer of padding tissue around my brain (cartilage or fat or something) and then form a layer of bone around that, for starters. Then get the remaining amount of cells I have into a roughly circular shape and utilize the bottom half to form four short legs with digitigrade feet on them. Then form some wings of an appropriate proportion in order to fly from my body and form sensory organs ie eyes/ears on my 'front bit' in reference to my wing direction. The torso of myself will be fairly standard for now; basically for now a bird-like shape with no feathers, four legs, and sensory organs covering the front.
If this is done within the turn, make the motions of maniacal laughter (don't actually make lungs or anything), thank him nonverbally, and fly off to the food area. I'm pretty sure there's a food area. Follow the signs and such.
If it takes more than one turn to do, continue transforming for the turn.

((It has occurred to me that Xan would now fit in the Slaughterhouse Nine.))

Who are you, again?

15050
((Not really. Delph might want a doctor to make sure she doesn't have a concussion, but it's nothing serious, and Slither can make venomous snakes without serious side effects.))

Pretty much everyone except Gerard and the inactive people fled to the RotMGverse. And unless you want to roleplay Gerard in Super-Jail, not much point to him RPing alone.

Attacking with your claws.

Oh. I thought that was a separate turn.

"You are currently a slurry of undifferentiated cells."
((Even the brain?))

((OHGODXAN. There are going to be many problems with him later I believe.))
((This is a surprise?))

"Hm...I wonder how far I can go before we blast off."
Perform a more details investigation of their anatomy. Most notably, attempt to determine how they normally move around and what kind of mouthparts they possess.
While I'm at it, examine their typical behavior.

Wonder what happened from that 1.
((Xantlos ate you))
((And yet this is mentioned in neither mine nor Xantalos's turn. Nor did I notice it anywhere in the turn.))

Thalsian thought telepaths didn't exist. They're like the boogeymen of parahumans.
((In the Wormverse, sure*. Here, they're rare, but they exist.
...Dangit. I just realized that there are at least a few assumptions carrying over from the Wormverse that won't be applicable here. And I can't remember what all of them are.))

*((Not that I ever understood why "real" telepaths were unheard of, but folks like Cherish weren't remarked upon for that.))

I would love to say that my flock isn't powergaming, but it kind of is. Well, I probably should be okay if Remuthra makes me pay for their equipment. They are only 5th and 1st level after all. I should be okay. Anyway, I am very weak in a one on one fight.
Indeed.
I'd make a Worm reference, but...spoilers.
Spoiler: Actual spoilers! (click to show/hide)
Coil. Cobra is the guys from GI Joe.
And yeah, the spoilers I'm talking about...well, I was thinking of the last arc. Trust me, get to the first chapter of Speck and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Anyone know where we are getting the ship stats from? Seafarers Handbook?
Stormwrack, I thought.

Also there's probably rules for ships somewhere in core if someone really wants to use them.
Not much.

There's a Beguiler race?
Yeah, Shining South, small magical beasts with true seeing a bonus to int and a big str penalty. Favoured snack of various ethereal beasties. Fun for when you want to play a Beguiler(Race) Beguiler(Class).
My thoughts exactly.

I'm going to let us hire a cook, since I don't really want to sacrifice one of my flock for that.
Bah, who needs a cook? Just get a pot of seawater, chuck some fish and stuff in it, boil it, and cast Purify Drink and Water on it if anyone complains.
(Note: Darfellans are not famed for their quality cuisine.)

I do think I recall one of the houserules saying that rangers' companions advance like druids'.
Four levels behind, though (IIRC).

"Thrallherds send out a resonating psychic call, a call that urges those who may be actively or subconsciously seeking someone to guide them, control them, or lead them to come to the thrallherd. These followers of the thrallherd are completely loyal fanatics who will follow the thrallherd’s instructions completely. As a result, thrallherds tend to have large retinues that can either stay close to the thrallherd, go out and perform varied tasks, or even stay behind and manage the thrallherd’s residence."
"A thrallherd who has just entered the class sends out a subtle psychic call for servants, and that call is answered. Essentially, the character gains something akin to the Leadership feat, but with some important differences. Those who answer a thrallherd’s call are not referred to as cohorts and followers, but rather as thralls and believers, respectively. They do not appear because they admire the character and want to serve her, but because a hidden psychic resonance connects the thrallherd and her servants."
Remind me, what book is that from? One of the Psionics ones?

Team evil, as far as I know, contains Weirdsound (Captain), Scriver (First Mate), Myself (Master at Arms), GWG (???) and you. Anyone else is unconfirmed or on team good.
Chaplain, I guess. Healer/Medic, certainly.
