Belief is the weapon that this sheath holds," As Arthur talks he grasps at the sheath where a sword hilt would be and begins to draw out a blade, "This is Serpentia, the blade of deceit and hope. Honor and treachery." The sword that is in Arthur's hand appears to be a purplish green and has blue 'eyes' set along the flat of the blade. He places the flat of the sword on Will's shoulder, "Upon my title as the Paladin Arthur, I dub thee squire of the order. Welcome to the Order." The girls that were watching Arthur faint after finally getting to see what they wanted to. Arthur pays for the coffees and leads Will to a waiting car.

Will looks at the blade, feigning astonishment and attempting to determine any special properties of the weapon. (Including things like "it's a projection of Arthur's mind, formed by the sheath".)
"Thank you, sir."
Will follows Arthur to the car.

Who said the bases were undefended? They would have a small garrison, just not a full army.

I highly doubt that, and even if so, it's frikking useful. Yes, it is. Stunning is highly useful, half damage from physical attacks even moreso (especially combined with Kyle's already-high HP total and armor). It's a wider array of powers than anyone has. Finally, you're ignoring the tinkery stuff, which is essentially the same as Yomiko's and Lunette's entire powers...and they don't have all those other powers you have.

I would have opened the door if I had the chance (ie, if I had another turn to do so and/or had non-horrible luck). And I'm pretty sure that between the fire alarm, the lack of a PA system, and the music, he contributed a net negative amount of help.

Meiosis also creates four daughter cells cat-children.

She lacks utility though. Like Kyle who is also good for combat. Which is apparently enough reason to not let him have perks to increase his utility compared to everyone else who already have utility.

He has utility without perks. Heck, his perks don't affect his utility! They just make him even less balanced in combat.

She'd probably get the ritual vetoed.

If balance requires GM fiat, it isn't balanced.

Will's super intuition tells him what he sees with the sheath, but GWG's normal intuition has no idea what that means.
