Will shifts his face and kisses Stella.

Nuriel is thinking. She wants to be able to love Selina, but Selina loves a lot of other people. Most are fine, but Demons Run...well. So Nuriel wants Demons Run out of the picture. In general, there are three possible methods she could take: The could kill Demons Run, make Selina break up with Demons Run, or make Demons Run break up with Selina.
The first was impossible and would be kinda stupid. Nuriel didn't consider it, past noting that it was hypothetically possible.
Making Selina break up with Demons Run...maybe she could get Selina to see Demons Run the was she did? Worth considering, but nothing comes to mind.
And for the last option...driving Demons Run away from Selina would be unlikely. After all, she was (with reason) the only individual ever to love Demons Run. Except, of course...
<Aha!>
Of course! If she could find that Void guy, he and Run would get back together, and then Demons Run wouldn't want to be with Selina.

Sliver raises an eyebrow but remains silent.
Bullhit does not. "Not what your file says."

I doubt many people would respect a ship that has a name that sounds like STD. Not really good for a pirate's reputation :P
...Never occurred to me.

"Oh... er... m-m-m-my powers u-u-useful...?" Selina looks pretty nervous, could she really be a help? All that had happened before was running away...
Sliver shrugs.
"You're what, a Brute? Probably not a lot of stuff your powers would be specifically useful for, but you would be able to help."

((But yeah, as I said earlier, it is REALLY hard to pull my own weight when all the battles are over before they get within range of my only weapon XD))
((Well, when Grate gets ready for human testing, you could be a subject. That should make you...something.))

AND ALL CAPS ARE A BAD IDEA!

And ain't ain't a word.

@GWG: Meh, the S.S bit just sounds... Boring perhaps. Not to mention most ships of the era were only given the name, without any ship identification stamped onto it (And I doubt anywhere has a standardised system for ships either.)
But then we couldn't name the ship the S.S.D.D!

Will moves so that he is right against Stella.

((Incidentally, wolfchild, the Worm RP has started a new day.))

Ooh, Gaslamp Fantasy!

"Patrol, paperwork, training."
"You also need to go to school. But yes, the duties you do as a Ward are mostly patrols and such. Usually, the Protectorate handles the big threats. Sometimes you'll provide backup if a situation arises while you are on patrol in the area, or if you have a power well-suited for the situation like yours truly often does."

@GWG: Well, can't calc stat bonuses or the like. Not that it matters now since there is one (Though if someone can point me to a resource that has that race I would be happy)
Oooh, I see what you see now.
Page 37.

Possible Ship Names
S.S. Yes-Yes
S.S. Titan Destroyer
S.S. Gru-KaGeBoom
S.S. Never Sink
S.S. Coffer-Sir
S.S. Glub Glub
S.S. Fishbowl
S.S. Lookout
S.S. Night-Rider
S.S. Kraken Hat
S.S. Sicily
S.S. Nerjin
You left out gems like "S.S. D.D."

Steamship doesn't work for a caravel :P
What if we said the S.S. stands for Sailing Ship? This isn't Earth, you know.

...that, seems rather unintuitive. To survive being too cheesy you have to be so cheesy that all attempts to assassinate you fail and so you have "earned" your cheesiness?  ???
I agree. When your system of "earning" cheesiness becomes easier with increasing quantities of cheese...

@Illumian Lore: ...that's pretty lame actually. I liked the existing Illumian lore and that was one of my driving reasons or choosing them. This seems to throw it out wholesale. I'm probably going to change race now.
I won't condemn the lore...but yeah, it is a bit of a downer...and could use some work to make it make sense...

I asked you about cabals. If you wanted me to transplant the example cabals into the setting it's fine, or make up my own, but maybe I thought you'd want to make your own cabals, seeing as how they can have a significant effect on various political balances. Also, it's a bit more than just sorcery, like say with owlbears. They're words made flesh. They can talk Illumian a few days after they're born. Those sigils floating around their heads? Words in the Illumian language.
When they die, they release the Illumian language stored inside of them in a weird babble. The floaty magical sigils give them magical powers. It's a complex bit of work, and little surprise that the guy who figured it out in the original canon is a god now. (Admittedly for unrelated reasons.)

Enter Urist. Always choosing what cannot be chosen. Doing what cannot be undone. Seeing what has never been sought. Plotting the death of the plot.
Indeed. For once in my life, and perhaps that of Bay12, I intended to have a suggestion game with sharply limited options.

That said, if I don't see a consensus for A-C before I get a chance to update (either in the next ~30 minutes or not for a ~4 hours), I'd be willing to fit in a D.
Don't expect this to be made for all turns, incidentally. A major component of Save the Date's game(re)play is learning facts that make new choices make sense for the player to do.

Well, I can't really give my opinions on the rest of it since there's nothing there :B
Again, why focus on the missing race?

"You could draw us in costume, masks included. Or you could draw Argonaut; he has a bit of an ego, that might help. Or heck, anyone in the Protectorate."
"Don't draw idiots like them. Draw me, instead."
"Tell anyone about my rules violation and I'll tell Argonaut you called him and his whole team idiots."
"Deal."
"Also, you called yourself an idiot. Idiot."
