Oh, you were showing it to the other Wards, my bad.
Most of the Wards don't break fast at the PHQ, just those with morning patrols, injuries, work keeping them there, or no parents to live with. That said, Sliver and Bullhit are both there, eyeing each other as if each is waiting for a chance to criticize the other.

"I'd prefer to keep my delusions about what you are about to say. Selina, can you promise not to show those to anyone except the Wards and, if asked, the Protectorate? Depends on how exactly magic works, but I can think of some ideas.

Nuriel quietly nods. She was fine with Maria and Yuri, but Demons Run...she didn't like her. There were several reasons; it's hard to like anyone who single-handedly killed many of your kind for fun. Just thinking about it made Nuriel so angry. And afraid. But when Demons Run wasn't around, anger came easier.
What had she done to deserve Selina? What had Demons Run done to deserve anything? It wasn't fair. Nuriel had known Selina longer, protected her longer. Sure, they hadn't always gotten along well...but that was the past, wasn't it?
