Pre-emptive -1 to bifurcating any shopkeepers with any bladed implement.

Colonization: I'll take a Criminal, why not.

Production: Farms work. +2 Food.

Trade: Sell 3 Food for 9 Wealth. Buy 1 Basic Goods.

You don't have to be religious to not want intimacy.

"How does one seduce women?"
...
Well, ICARUS came to the right guy...

((So... kyle is telling her to seduce her the same way he got Selina... XD))
I'm surprised, too. His ability to learn from past experience has been lacking in the past.

Einsteinian Roulette / Re: Einsteinian Roulette OOC

News to me.

Heck, if my last name was Gabriel, I'd name my kid Angel. Archangel, if it wasn't too silly. Which it kinda is.

"Alright, that sounds like a good plan. We ought to have a signal of some kind, in case you are in need of assistance."

((I don't think this really sounds like Kre!aqil, but I've forgotten the "voice" I had for him. Dangit.))

Will is in the cafe where Arthur recruits people.

Angel is at home.

Nuriel is in the castle.

Yeah, I never did get where that came from. I mean, I don't really understand a lot of Christian practices, but that one in particular was always just...Ew.
You might need to be more specific.

Is this really the right place to be having this derail?
Is there ever a right place for a derail?

"Right to mock Christianity"
"If you don't like[...]then skip the next paragraph > [Reasons]"
Wow, GWG. I haven't heard such patronizing ideals stated in such an outright way. If you're curious, which I believe you are, then ask without insulting (or subtly being snide in any way, in the least)
Tell you what: Why don't you research what you're 'mocking' about before you open your mouth and state those ideas as if they were facts, please.
I'm pretty sure that going through confirmation counts as "research" for most topics related to Christianity...
And for the record, I am mocking Christianity, not Christians.

I've half a mind to hit that report button but here's my two cents: Shut it and speak with an open hand (meaning: Speak with an open-minded attitude).
Open-minded, how?

I do believe in the truths, I don't believe in any of the traditions.
You know, if we weren't trying to avoid all-out religious debates, I would reply to that.

Canada (and probably the US) celebrate Remembrance Day, in order to remember WW1 and WW2, as well as a whole slew of other wars. We do this in order to remember how awful they were so that we don't repeat history. I've felt that some of the traditions originated from parts of history that we should be remembering how awful they were; so that we don't DO the stuff from those particular traditions.
That is...um...unique.

It's a Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann fanfic.  The real story starts after we bust out of underground.
So what you're saying is: Ciro: Bloodshape drill?

Mandatory anti-joke-action -1
It's not really a joke action. We should bloodshape a new weapon, and a drills as good a weapon as anything.
In that case, mandatory anti-silly-pointless-action -1

Well, to be fair, there was more chaos than that, but that is the basic gist of it.
The slightly extended version is that me and NAV got stuck to a dartboard. NAV got shot 3 times in the gut and managed not to die from it. (bastard :P) Then I got pegged in the skull by knifes, courtesy Xan, while the rest of the contestants tried to have a brawl.
And now we're playing hangman. Xan is the man. We're planning to hang him :P
If by brawl you mean the three people on red team charging me and trying to harm me with various degrees of success while Xan killed you and Toaster mutilated your corpse.
EDIT: Speaking of red team...hey Toaster, are you up for some backstage shenanigans? I'll need you to distract Allen and Magarth for me. It can only end well.
That's more like it.

((So, standard ARM procedure for injured allies? Loot everything and drag them along behind?))
((Sounds about right, standard AURON procedure for injured allies however is to stick them in a sack and run. It also happens to be standard procedure when encountering injured enemies, damaged equipment, random civilians and wild animals.))
Remind me never to go on a mission with Auron.

Spoiler: ooc (click to show/hide)
Someone should tell Angel that he has a girl's name. Maybe Auron.
...
Onetwothree NOT IT!

We'll get to Y. But we must stand as one, or we might make a good guess!
This individual feels a strange phantom hand smacking the back of...her? head.

With an augmented voice, the figure in the golden robe bellows "...I! We must select I!"

((I support giving DD for correct answers.))

... Zealots?
I'm not a fan of theocracies.

Believers.
Exactly. Those were the zealots.

Yup, Cult of Planet is Zealots.  My fault for not clarifying.  I vividly recall being surprised when I saw they actually made it in the game (they die like terran flies in my games).
No! The Bleievers were the zealots!
Wait, I like the Cult of Planet.

Free market is a free market, and for Morgan it's a total free market - no regulations, no taxation, only profit.
Laiezz (sic) faire, they call it.

Quote
Planned economy is to Morgan what communism was to America, and planned economy is to Deidre what China is to the EU.
Nice analogy.

Edit: I recall having minor stability issues with SMAC on XP or vista, minor in that they were fixable with small changes like turning on compatibility mode, but SMAX would be completely unplayable on vista or 7 untill I installed the gog version.
Hm. Probably wouldn't play well with Windows 8, either.

Actually, as a big builder type player here. If you wait to build your army till someone is knocking on your door, you're doin it wrong. Against the ai you can do that, but against another player, you're in serious trouble. A builders best friend other than crawlers are clean reactors, abuse them. A builder should have one of the biggest armies out there since they aren't tossing them into numerous wars. Think beehive, disturb it and here comes swarms of military. This is especially true of morgan and any of the pacifistic builder factions, since as a builder you are generally seen as a plump easy target. You better be prepare to prove them wrong.
Builder =/= Rich Guy.
Morgan potentially has the cash to just buy an army whenever he needs it. And that strategy's pretty good; less unit maintenance, more flexibility in where it's placed, and the look you imagine on the AI's face is hilarious.
"This guy's being a prick, and he doesn't even have an army! THIS MEANS WAR!"
"Crap! Where'd that army come from?"
Worked last time I played Civ V...although I was also sending attack helicopters against their hoplites, warriors, and crossbowmen. But yeah, if you're focused on raking in the big bucks rather than on Production, you might as well buy an army when wars start rather than having a big (expensive) standing military...

You could turn off gravity and just reaction wheel the thing untill it's upright then hope it doesn't break when you turn it back on
What's the fun in cheating? I mean, when it's not just saving you the last, tedious, annoying, argh step of a process you otherwise completed.

Quote
Edit; You know, well placed landing legs can force craft upright, and KAS allows you to remove and reattach them, so I guess you could just send one guy there with a bunch of legs and maybe a winch and see what you can do.
Hm...hadn't thought of that.

Or just write it off and launch an new one, or possibly send someone or something there to repair the old one at the same time.
Eh.

I killed the team leader accidentally and am now playing deadly hangman.
...
Is that all?
What were you expecting? Someone to write a story where a seaside kingdom was terrorized by a great gold wyrm and a writer by the name of Piecewise succeeds in banishing said beast by constructing a magical cesspool and using the power of a divine Toad? :P
No, just...well...more chaos. That sounds almost like what's supposed to be happening! What happened to Bay12 while I was gone?!?

Okay GWJesus.
You know what? I should have seen that coming.

How could I eat a pill as a robobody?  Just a question, I don't want some sort of weird argument about pills being assimilated from anyone.
Hm...there's several possibilities. Maybe if we ground it up and added it to your brain's nutrient serum? Hook up your recharging port to a galvanic cell with ground-up pill in one of the solutions? Probably the cathode. We must ‼Science‼!

I also happen to be playing the other RotMG.
I happen to not be a big fan of MMOGs and an even smaller fan of bullet-hell games and the like, so I'm probably never touching that.

I was there for #1, #3, and maybe #2. What new characters, what do you mean Faygo run, and why was Kyle suicidal again?
