(Should I post my regular actions along with my subturn?)

Honestly I was expecting this to be over by now. I was expecting feyri to activate her rockets right away, not check Their fuel levels. So no. You really can't out race her to the ground.

Elevator speed isn't under your control anyways. Elevator determines speed and acceleration, deceleration based on the number of floors between it's location and it's destination.

Also, talking whilst in the middle of a jump? What is this, a comic book?

No civs in the area that I saw or could otherwise detect and we can handle the fallout. Our bombs are pretty clean burning so to speak. Only the crater is gonna be a real problem. And we have plenty of people who are ready, questionably willing, and able to go work there until it's clean. First on the list: the guy who kicked the damn bomb into the damn shipyards.

Rather than bring them all to the facility with me, simply write down contact information for them along with a description of them and if they're willing to be referred to someone else if it'll give them powers faster. as I need test subjects I'll look through my contacts list and call up volunteers matching the description I want for whatever test I'm doing.
Keep law enforcement and emergency first responders on a special list. do not use them for normal testing or hand out their contact info without specifically mentioning it. I want to make sure that they get a good power-set.

Subturn: Red Phosphorus. Less likely to blow up in my face.
