Selina couldn't fight it... She just couldn't! Something had to be done, anything! (20!) Selina runs as fast as she can right into the containment foam! No more fighting... No more killing... She hoped someone would just shoot her now and end the torment.

Delphinium watched as the girl's weaker personality regained control and drove her into the containment foam.  Given the fact that containment foam took awhile to dissipate, the girl would no longer be a threat to herself or others.  Delphinium had failed almost this entire time, she hadn't analyzed the Mover from the beginning, she hadn't managed to keep the girl under control when she had her in tears, and the girl had come to her senses on her own.  Delphinium turned towards the monster, with his ally gone, she intended to crush him.

Consumef by rage steven flows through his bonds and begins phasing his hands through Bullhits armor absorbing it as he does so then digging his sharpened or at least pointy fingers into and tearing apart the flesh beneath.

Kevin continues watching and analyzing the situation.
As.... nostalgic the situation was to Kevin there was an emotional disconnect he had from the subject in question and it didn't hold nearly as much weight, but the weight was still there.
There was nothing more frustrating than not being able to do anything regardless of whether he needed to or not.

Sliver continues to feel mildly useless. She wishes that there was someone better than String-Em-Um she could use. String-Em-Up would probably be insulted if she mentioned that, though.

Bullhit charges at Steven, their shoulders colliding and Steven getting tossed onto his side as Bullhit charges past.

Selina hits the doorframe with her shoulder as she leaps for the containment foam. It hurts, but her left arm is completely in the foam, which is still expanding a little so it should be good. Unfortunately, she landed on top of one of the officers she killed...
Steven phases with the bonds, with the unfortunate side effect that it unsurprisingly gets incorporated into his body. He rushes at Bullhit...

...and sticks his hands through Bullhit's armor, scratching bloody gouges in his chest. He screams in pain and falls over, dragging Steven onto him.

String-Em-Up catches Steven's leg and ties it to a lamp-post. He is hanging a bit off the ground. He could probably still reach Bullhit, since his hands are still finger-deep in his armor.

Kevin determines that people are fighting and wonders why that one girl jumped in the containment foam.

As a side note, I propose that the Drill bot be renamed the Hug bot (or HugBot, Hug-bot, etc).

Selina? rushes forward with her power, trying to punch tackle Delphinum, a deranged grin on her face.

"Pain. Such a glorious thing.~"

Delphinium was upset, she had fucked up, and now the girl was in fighting shape again.  Delphinium decided to focus on the girls emotional spectrum so that she could understand how to hurt her that much more.  What she found shocked her out of her rage.  The girl had two spectrums, the one that was more brilliant was cruel, confident and dominant, while the other was weak, submissive and afraid.  Elena had never seen this before, this girl was a special kind of crazy.  To stop this one, she needed the other personality to not only come out but remain on top.  Delphinium had no idea what she was doing when she copied the weaker personality's strongest emotions and pulsed them, she just hoped that it would calm her down.

Delphinium tinkers with the girl's emotions, trying to empower the less angry, more terrified one. She has pretty much the exact opposite effect, sending her into some kind of berserk rage.

Bullhit strikes Steven on the head, sending him stumbling backwards, before retreating several steps.

Piasa sends a number of strands that tangle themselves in Selina's hair.

Selina doesn't even bother retrieving her knife, but simply sprints at inhuman speeds at the nearest PRT officer. With a crack, he is thrown through the doorway, where he lands limply in the containment foam.

Selina snaps out of it, shocked!

One PRT officer stumbles backwards in surprise and tries to punch Selina, but the combination of actions puts him off-balance, causing him to fall over backwards into the doorway and get his head and shoulders covered in containment foam. The single remaining officer punches her on the shoulder, but does basically nothing.

Sliver watches the carnage.
"Two PRT officers down in less than a minute...makes you kinda glad the foam's blocking her way in, doesn't it?"
