Angel carries her to a stand someone set up selling food. She pauses a moment to make a neat little enchanted rock to trade for some fish, then gives the fish to Meme.

Looks pretty good, I am just curious as to what the Shaker and Thinker mean

Shaker, as noted, generally involves some kind of environmental control--in your case, the hydrokinesis. Seemed like the closest fit.
Thinker powers are a bit less well-defined, but basically boiling down to knowing things normal people wouldn't, whether through some sort of extra sense (hydrovoyance or Taylor's bug-sense, for instance) or a more direct method (Taylor's power, precogs, etc).

Also, GWG, you call 'Spine' 'Rib' in the accompanying description.
