Send Koro to the sacred village for now. Once he can hunt for animals we can go hunting with him as a bonding exercise. And it'll get him away from that girl.
Aside from that, she if the priest can teach us our letters, and study the book we have. Continue cooking practice.
As good an idea as any, although I feel a bit sad that we need to take Koro away from his friends because of one bad apple.

You know... It occurs to me that we should probably all just gang up on the spider thing. That's a pretty big treasure pile. A fair split wouldn't be too bad right? What I propose is a small "Venture" with whomever wishes it.

Terms

1. All loot is shared equally until such a point that a member decides to leave the group.
2. Any encounter that results in loot is divided evenly with a slightly larger share going to the one whom dealt the killing blow.
3. Magical Items are bid upon using other loot gained. Each player may bid as much as they'd like upon the item. The gold they spend will be evenly divided between the rest of the party.

Are these terms fair to anyone?
I'd replace "the one who dealt the killing blow" in #2 with "the one who everyone agrees contributed the most," but okay, I'm in.

Here's how it works

1: The person/group that sees it first gets it, or they kill everyone who touches it.

So no one touch my gold. If you even come close to trying to get it, I will shoot all of you in the back of the head for an insta kill :( So please don't. I don't want to WASTE the arrows.
OR.
We could all disagree and kill you instead.
And then split the treasure without you.
Bonus: His gear also counts as treasure!

One of the windows a few stories up from the gangway breaks open a little bit. A moment later a signal flare, burning blindingly red and leaving a trail of smoke behind it, arcs out of the hole and over the gangway.
((Kinda hard to grab it, unless you can fly or use amps.))

I am extremely torn between changing the title of the thread to "Alcohol squared" or "Homeopathic Doses of Violence."

Grab the flare and throw it back out the window.
((The flare apparently didn't even hit the ship. I misread.))
If this is not lethal, continue trying to ask the AM for advice on auxiliary systems that would make Grate useful. If token(s) are still needed for Lyra's catgirl fund and the flare has not blown Grate to bits, donate a token or two.
