((And what was going through most characters' heads was the thought that Angerus's knife was going to go through Selina's.))((*pushes them apart*((Chill, this is barely an argument. More a statement of what was going through different characters heads.))
no.
no more of this.
please.))
((Please specify how exactly your waking Selina up))((Reminds me, did Matthew's dispelling attempt work?))
[SPI:25+500] [8/8] Targeted Lightning for a brief moment, bright circuits cover the entire hallway before vanishing in less than half a second. Will has a feeling that mentioning the statistics of lightning strikes may be a bad idea here...((Thanks for the data, but...what?))
"WHO THE FUCK WOULD EVEN FUCKING DO THAT!"((The enchantment or the calming down?
))((...people acted unnecessarily hostile towards Angerus rather than explain the futility of his plan to him...))((We actually tried. Well, I did, at least.))
((Or better yet, why not just anesthetize her?((It's spelled "spelled," and we're guessing that there is something beyond pain there.))
...
I know I spelt that wrong.))
"N-n-n-n-no... sh-she'd never... urgh... I'll... b-b-b-be f-fine..." Selina looks to be in a lot of pain still."...Could her opposite have done this, perhaps?"
"She was magically healed. That is apparent. It has worked. Otherwise she'd be in no condition to undergo her previous levels of activity. She had surgery. The painkillers worked. Now they do not. Hence this occurred in the last two days. If the only perturbation past that point has been this sealing... than it is safe to entertain the idea that it is to blame.""If. Big if...Selina, what have you done since you got here?"
"Kelio... If only we were in our world... I know of a work around... regardless of why her body no longer recognizes harm, the issue is that healing magic is ineffective... but what if it wasn't healing magic that healed her?"TAngel crosses her arms. Hadn't she mentioned this just a few minutes ago?
"Fleshcrafting."
"Exactly. It modifies the body regardless of its wishes... it can be used to heal her, whether her body likes it or not... yet none of the students with us are fleshcrafters... damn it..."
The sunset is nice, though it's a bit odd around the water's surface.I thought that was the Sun's reflection.
Why not enchant a useful weapon? You can say that about anything. What idiot would enchant a staff that does as much damage as a fist?Well, besides the fact that an enchantment might improve the damage rate, you can't enchant your fists to grant additional properties. For instance, in the first Final Fantasy game, there were weapons that, while crappy, could cast spells when "used" as an item... an unlimited number of times.
I hate to say it, but it seems like the SA characters will have to become refuges in either RotMG or TAIndeed.
((Protip: When someone who understands what you're trying to do tells you to stop poking someone in the head with a knife, listen."You know the stupidest thing you did? You pretended to understand something you didn't."((To be fair no one ever explained what an enchantment was to him. He thought something daemonic had lodged in the wound.))
Selina's eyes go wides and she SCREAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She screams incredibly loudly! The healing fails again and she keeps screaming!!!!!!The Angels cover their ears. Will tries to cover his ears while still putting a hand to his forehead.
Selina's eyes burst open the second Angerus touches the scar. Another 2-3 minutes of screaming ensues before she falls unconscious again.AMGel blasts Angerus in the head with fire.
The scar is almost black now. There is the slightest trace of an enchantment on Selina, almost undetectable."...Dammit, why can't magic be simple? Like superpowers. Power A is Power A and that's the whole story. This whole thing is starting to give me a headache. Like, literally."
"Not as not-good as if you carve out her brains, you maniac!"Ricardo draws out his long sword and gestures to Angerus with it. "What the fuck are you doing?" He interrupts any of his attempts to use the knife."SOMETHING IS OBVIOUSLY UNDER THAT FUCKING SCAR! UNLESS WE TAKE IT THE FUCK OUT ITS PROBABLY NOT GONNA BE FUCKING GOOD FOR HER!"
"Enchantments are spells, rock-brain. They're metaphorical. You can't cut them out like a tumor, any more than you could surgically remove someone's mercy or something.""Right, right, which is why you're going to use a knife on an obvious enchantment.""FUCKS AN ENCHANTMENT! WHATEVER IT IS ITS FUCKING HURTING HER AND NEEDS TO COME THE FUCK OUT!"
"I WAS JUST TRYING TO FUCKING HELP AND THEN EVERYONE GOT HOSTILE AS FUCK!""Possibly because you were displaying all the medical knowledge of a back-alley hobo. Erm, all the medical knowledge of an angry ork."
(("Don't associate folks like me with folks like him."))((Regular human.((I know right? What a maroon.))
Threatening to disembowel a Space Marine.
*laughter can be heard*))
((You're assuming that Myxidia is "Black-Hole". I'm guessing that it is, instead, an attractive force. But let's find out!))((I'm not against science by any means. I'm going to practice some whenever I can. But I think that maybe altering the space-time continuum is too much. I'll pass on that))((Mayhaps the apparent paradox of a repulsive blackhole would be resolved by demonstrating that a spacial repulsion by a blackhole can only be attained by it causing you to move back in time. So you would create a time machine.I like relativity, and that's the closest I could come up with in terms of a relativistic explanation of a repulsive black hole. ))
Ricardo appears. "Huh. Doesn't seem that bad. Okay, anyone need a heal?"The angels point to...whichever Selina is bald. RotMG?
Dammit i misread that so hard....(chuckles)
I got really confused at why everyone thought they were black.
