((I dont know the meaning of the word satirical. seriously i dont, is it like jesting?((More or less.))
Anyways a wormhole between the arena and empty space aka vacuum is the only explanation that allows for sustained attraction, ignoring gravity and the dissapearance of absorbed mass.((Why would it not destabilize from taking in large amounts of air?))
Due to the fact that the wormhole links to vacuum the matter sucked through would simply be flung into the depths of space allowing for a practically infinite amount of matter to be absorbed.
As it is an energy based phenomenon it would be largely unaffected by gravity and therefore would not fall after creation.
Also having to make endurance rolls when absorbing large objects could ostensibly be caused by them impacting the wall of the space/time tunnel causing it to destabalise and possibly collapse in on itself.))

((Answering yes to a specific answer question in quite vague, but whatever. I edited it in.))((I see.))
((Never said it did.((Just because you don't have to close your tags doesn't make it really bad formatting))((I expected it to work like every other kind of formatting, where you can just add layers kinda like this.))((At least he's still not used to it.))((You'll be fine. Not like clicking on one will lead to clicking on a never-ending series of links...))((...))
((It's a good habit to close your tags properly. it doesn't cost you much on the front end, and it can avoid endless headaches later on, especially if you end up quoting the post in small sections.))
((Also, I have control of Cado's characters. Which Selina?))((I was actually thinking of reminding you of that. As for the second: Yes.))
