There wasn't a situation really. You asked a question and I answered it. It's easier than me trying to cover all the details of your characters' past, and you've all got the right idea anyways. And once we get to Chapter 1, and the timeskip that comes with it, that won't even matter anymore, since you guys will have learnt a bit more about this new world through your life experiences. And by the way you're mostly all going to be split up. You'll get a choice as to where you'll spend your years growing up before Chapter 0 ends.

I was referring to the bit where I was clueless as to when we got to a desert. If I knew that, I would have been able to understand what Drip and co were talking about.
