Angel can make water separate into component elements.I'd say when she gets the ability to summon/control other liquids, or at least aqueous solution.
Or when her MAG stat is high enough that she autocritsucceeds research checks and can do magic she's barely aware of like a pro...maybe she should start grinding...
That's the sort of neat visual detail you should mention before we kill them all...Eh, they aren't that pervasive yet. The color bleaching around them and the shadowy and horrific outlines around them tend to signal them out.Hes not as pro as Darnos. Also shadow cultists in the brass!
