This is one of the few cases in which it would be entirely accidental rape.
I'm still not quite sure how that works. I suspect that a lawyer would get an aneurysm from that case.

It makes sense. In their original source (RotMG), the bracelets allowed one to entirely enter someone's mind. Identification would be as easy as sending a probe down that link and getting a feel for the mind or barriers at the other end.

On a more serious note, my school never started after Labor Day, always a bit before. Wherever you're going to school, the schedulers are obviously better-trained than the ones at home.

This statement sounds odd to anyone who did not hear Nuriel. Which includes Angel's mother.

"Angel got amnesia and apparently can't remember you. Another friend of ours lost their voice, so we helped him get it back, and no we have come back to you." Conny hopes this works.

"...And what will you do now?" She holds Angel tighter.

"I was merely transport to here ma'am."

Angel's mother glances at the street, noting a distinct lack of odd vehicles. She also harbors the suspicion that this girl isn't old enough to have her driver's license, let alone any way of taking Angel from Japan to Australia.

"Dunno...wait." <Dunno.>

Angel followed Yellow's advice.
