Angel wished she had take some time to try and learn how to animate objects, but she had gotten distracted.

Some sort of toy for Cyrielle was what Angel had hoped to give Victoria and Selina, but as her first ideas turned out to be nonviable she had to reconsider.

Eventually, she had an idea: A nice little waterfall, ever-flowing and full of brightly-colored little fish.

She took a couple of thin metallic plates, and attached them with seven thin struts. One face was enchanted to create water, the other to absorb it. In the middle, she put a number of brightly-colored fish which did not need sustenance, but simply swam eternally against the current.
As a last-minute thought, she decided to make the struts more flexible, so that they could bend.

Water-Creating Plate: [55+37+3, DC 70] (It's just an enchantment form of one of Angel's most basic spells)
The water-creating plate began to spew water. Thankfully, everything in Angel's room had long since been waterproofed.

Water-Absorbing Plate: [83+37+3, DC 90]
The water-absorbing plate began sucking up the water, at a rate somewhat higher than the water-creating plate made it.

Fish: [75+37+3, DC 100]
The fish were brightly colored and playful, and thrived on the movement of water across their scales and the light that entered their little waterfall. There are only a dozen right now, but they will slowly reproduce until they fill the waterfall.

Struts: [12+37+3, DC 50]
The struts are somewhat flexible.

These two plates, each made of metal and about 25 centimeters across, are connected by seven surprisingly flexible rods of metal. Between the plates flows a constant stream of water, all of which vanishes from the lower plate rather than splashing over it. In the flowing stream of water are a number of small, brightly-colored fish, frolicking happily in the water.
