Good to know. That being said, there are some obvious weaknesses one could exploit. Pyrokinetics might not function well when wet, telekinetics might screw up when distracted, invulnerable heroes might still be affected by asphyxiation, etc. And Witness could estimate which of these weaknesses affect who.

Although he's best kept off the front lines. Hence he needs allies. Hence...

Okay. He has a bad childhood that he on the street from day one. Everything he has is earned so he has a dislike of those who are given things without work, like say superheroes. He want to be come Anti-Batman so to speak so he pretend to have "Super-Intuition" when really it the work of years on the street and a sharp mind, so he can know the weaknesses and strengths of the upcoming heroes.
