It does not, however, fit the criteria I was sarcastically commenting on.

Well, guys, I think I have a plan.As long as there's a given reason for the Layar to give up, sure.
I am willing to GM, but, however, I'm NOT going to continue the Layar invasion and going to place a new storyline down instead. I will finish the current battle, however, but after that, yeah.
If scap doesn't mind.
+1!I'm vetoing that.No.So basically, we can't use Meme. What about a bunch of random babies? We don't HAVE to steal them from their parents, we can just grab some orphans.
Then @RangerCado would murder me in my sleep. And then Maria, the person she was based off of would help. Somehow.
We're not filthy goblins!
Hope Wyrm remembered he has to make a d50END vs addiction.I rolled it. 96+12. I think I passed.
ItsThat's not Starcrossed fanfic, and I think I fixed the link, probably.
How does hyperlinking work oh gawd
"What things would you rather not say?""I think he's thinking about you."
"Um, why are you smiling..?""'Cuz she likes Isaac! Do you like Kyle, too? Like, like like?"
Social Link rank up!"Medea, there's a moon and numbers over your head! And I think Lyle likes you."
Moon Social Link: Isaac : Rank 3.
Kyle goes back down to the mess hall and continues reading."Don't eat the book! Books aren't food!"
"Wanna help me figure out Medea?"Angel helpfully shouts to Fluffy:
"Well, there is the fact that Kyle seems to be watching the figure and making sure it doesn't make any move he doesn't want it to. And you know that the going half-Fae thing really does exist right?""That's doesn't make any sense!" Yes, the grammatical error is intended.
"Good idea, this is probably too intense for you.""What's in tents?"
He resumes staring into space.
"I love her stories!""What're they about?"
"Oh. My. God. You're Empress of the Stars!?""Does she have a crown?"
"I liked the Kyle x Conny ship there. Really fluffy.""Who's Conny and why is he on a fluffy ship with Kyle?"
With that, he totters off to the Cafeteria, (88) finding it after a bit of wandering, and promptly begins stuffing his face with food of any description.Including jello?
((I see what you did there))An earthworm could see what he did there, and they don't even have eyes!
((Wait do you really?))Yes. He writes fanfiction for a book that doesn't even exist.
((@Ragnarok is online now...))Yes!
Umm, I think that its not "adding", it's the total effect. You can choose to do 1, 2 or 3 d6 each time you cast it.If that is true, then:
And the 10 sp cost is so that we don't abuse it. It doesn't matter if it is not efficient, it can one shoot each one of our party members (ignoring the fact that proxxy is inmune to elec damage)
Table time! And then I get back, see this, and wonder who did the math error.
"Tier" Dice Cost Efficiency Total Dice Total Cost total efficiency Zap 1d6 (3.5) 2 175% 1d6 (3.5) 2 175% More Zap 2d6 (7) 6 117% 3d6 (10.5) 8 131% Even More Zap 3d6 (10.5) 10 105% 4d6 (14) 12 117% More + Even More . . . 6d6 (21) 18 117%
If we can do those 6d6, then we need to get three more MSP points for Proxxy. Fast.Agreed on both points.
I still think that it is not the way it works.
It troubles me that the third boss is already stronger than all the Siblings except Oric and the Voice already. Why assume that things will change? Don't borrow worry when what little evidence we have suggests there will be none.
It also troubles me, realizing that so far we have bypassed two bosses already, and recruited them to boot. Our luck may run out.
Just realized an error on my table and fixed it.You can't blame me--my display is hidden inside my head.
I had 2d6 (7) for 6 energy at 167% efficiency, as did GWG in his write up. It's actually 117%
But 7/6 = 1.166667; we both made the same mistake of reading that as 1.66667, so it looked a lot more efficient than it was.
The idea was to give these increases diminishing returns, not linear growth. Why there are diminishing returns? Because it takes less time. Imagine: if there were linear growths, what would you do: cast 1d6 3 turns in a row, or just cast 3 at the same time for the same cost as the three turns altenative?Precisely. My complaint was that it was inconsistently diminishing returns.
Wait, didn't Angel already know about the jello? I seem to remember she gave the dare in the first place. That doesn't mean she'd remember.
3.5 for 2: 1.75 dmg/SPFirst time: Lose around 5% of the efficiency.
7 for 6: 1.67 dmg/SP
10 for 10: 1 dmg/SP
Way less efficient than the other modes. Having it cost 9 might have been better; less of a sudden drop in efficiency.
