Finally got to the teachers.
*cough* Material Shaping *cough*
Probably not until I hear the proper name.
Any subjects people want teachers for? I could invent one or a few...
Reading?
Dangit, Ricardo covered this. Oh well, I'm having trouble imagining a dedicated "Reading" teacher in a school composed mainly of high-school-aged kids.
Shapeshifting into literally anything except felines.
Felinal beasts are an exception, as it would be funny to mow down fools as a sphinx.
Hm...shapeshifting in a non-feline vein.
Subjects: Marine Biology, Marine Transfiguration, Hydromancy (all very specialized classes--probably one of the first two per week and maybe two hydromancy courses each week); also offers SCUBA lessons to the few students who wouldn't prefer or who can't use magical means of breathing underwater.
Appearance: Professor Teuthis is a tall, thin man with a shaved head tattooed to resemble a brain coral. He typically dresses well, although he doesn't really shower and hence typically strongly smells of seawater. Typically, however, he prefers to take the form of some kind of sea creature, often an incirrinan octopus.
Classroom: The classroom is in one of the lower levels. The room leads to five stone steps leading into a pool of salty, two-foot-deep water full of little fish and other marine animals. This water has a few dozen stones organized in rows and columns, for use as chairs; each stone has on it a piece of driftwood carved into a shape so it rests on one's lap, intended for use as a desk. Both "desks" and "chairs" have dryness charms on them. In front of these stones is a deeper area of water, reaching up to almost 20 feet in depth, with an enchanted blackboard hovering over it.
Personality: Reclusive; Professor Teuthis doesn't even leave his classroom for most meals. If he's needed outside, he'll go, but otherwise he is perfectly happy living where he is.
