Ammunition was largely made from stone, or wood.It strikes me that it's like our inventing ice cream: No one tried it or thought it was useful, but it would have been hypothetically possible.
Also this jousting where it be a tourney or the battlefeild NEVER seem to work for us. Foot fighting is our best option so far.What about that first battle we fought with the King?
