2. The gloves are (hypothetically) plot-important, they don't bestow plot importance on someone who wears them. Even if they did, who can say if it would be the "helpful sidekick" importance or "the mole" kind of importance? Oh, and slimes can't wear gloves.

5. I doubt that that would work, nut we can try...with our second, as the first was already sold.
