Still, it seems probable (if not certain) that he would win. At this point, or at least the point he said that, he had the most raw military strength, and most of it was in his borders. You've absolutely no way you could know precisely who would attack who, not to mention the whole thing was centred around the idea that "I win, every time".
Oh.Maybe it's because I have Relentless Attack?Its the turn order. Relentless Attack increases the attack of your units while reducing the defence. Combined with the fact that Rolep has a doctrine that reduces the cost of his units while decreasing their effectiveness.. As long as you're attacking, shadenight, you'll win every battle unless he outnumbers you heavily. If your opponent has a turn order advantage on you, then you should be building infantry, not tanks.
Anyway, it's clear that Russian Tanks are Superior Tanks.

How quickly you can assume the requisite Twister position/whatever equivalent maneuver?Basically it's how good you are at small-scale manipulation of objects and such, rather than large-scale movement of your body.
