"Uh... um... I... I don't know... know any im-improvements i would... would fine useful... er... m-m-maybe later...?" Selina looks very nervous about everything, a little overwhelmed, glancing at Angel and realizing something. Shes a little girl!!! Selina takes a step back in surprise."...What did I say?"
Just because it actually is, doesn't mean she thinks it is... Shes a nervous wreck whos basically a pacifist, what do you expect?*pats Cado and Selina on the back*
Kyros Toron shrugs in response to House Ka'al. "It is a fervent belief of my people that genetics is inferior to proper training. Toron does not concern itself with race, it concerns itself with capability.""Our culture grants both. Moreover, due to the high rate of psionic capacity in our race, the Psions are those good at psionics, not those capable--and they receive schooling in their use from the start. In any case, you can hardly claim that natural talent is valueless. More importantly: My point is, you shouldn't demand."
EDIT: Just checked Ka'al's assets, and there's a better deal to be made.((Um...either it's way too late, or you need to simplify a bit...))
House Ka'al sends 3 Psions to House Toron this quarter
This sets Toron toward an Intelligence Hub, leaving Ka'al with 3 Engineers
House Toron sends 3 Military immediately to Ka'al and the next 2 as soon as they become available (an Outpost, and Toron will freely trade Labor specialists with the Emperor's pool of Military to make this happen swiftly)
OR
House Toron sends 5 Psions to Ka'al after Toron builds Intelligence Hub (as they become available, guaranteed 1 per turn, sets Ka'al toward a Shipyard for our Quadrant)
The future is too uncertain to guarantee more, but for an Outpost or a Shipyard in our own Quadrant, Toron is willing to make quite favorable trades indeed.
Selina's eyes flash red for a moment at the mention of knives, but it passes quickly. She gets even more nervous though. "I... I don't like to... to fight... a-a-at all..." Selina looks at her feet, obviously embarrassed."It's okay. I don't like fighting either. Most people don't. It's normal."
Angel began compiling a list of things she'd ask this guy to do if he turned out to be...well, competent and not too insane."Im-im-im-improvements...? wh-wh-wh-what do you... mean...?" Selina has no idea what she means."I'm a Fleshwarper. Improvements are, well, improvements. Want better hearing or sight? Want to be faster, or have hidden pockets, or to get rid of an old injury? Improoovements~! And they don't have to be for you, you could get me to fix a pets health problems, or make you a custom animal!"
I'm apatheticI was aiming the "Be Prosecutor" at TCM. Sorry for vagueness, but 5 syllables only lets you be so clear...
And speaking in a haiku.
Be Prosecutor.
((Poor Faith. Worst Medic is now also Worst Babysitter.))((Anything else she's bad at?))
