Forum Games and Roleplaying / Re: Insane Troll Logic

There are three Earths. Earth is a synonym for soil. There are three kinds of soil.

Still doesn't change the fact that I'm majorly disappointed that it flopped before it could even be a thing.
True.
Well, if you modified the premise some it could still be viable. Like, instead of being suicidal in a post-apocalyptic universe, you could have the angel be guarding someone harassed by demons.
Or do the Rumsiel game. Playing a screwup angel trying to get back into heaven seems much more Bay12's style than playing a goody-good angel trying to protect people.

Come to think of it, do any of Selham's supporters hold any position of power in hell? When they escape/get defeated, who gets those ranks and titles?
Are they simply dissolved, leaving the remaining noble demons with a greater share of power?
Do the remaining noble demons get promoted and have their former ranks filled by newcomers?
Or are those empty ranks directly filled by newcomers?

If it's one of the latter two, I suspect that through some form of @Elf-endorsed convolution, Meme gains a position of significant power in hell.
You seem to be assuming that there's order in Hell. When not imposed by some powerful demon, there really isn't.
Seham's supporters are mostly rank-and-file demons, with some officers and such. Those officers might take fragments of Seham's servants and try to stake out claims, and enemies of Seham will invade the borders and claim what they can. Business as usual.

What other aristocrats do we know of? Does Lucifer have his own shit or does he just rule over everything?
Lucifer has a large domain, and he may claim to be the lord of all Hell, but he doesn't actually control most of it.

GWG, we did *not* just sit around and let the demon finish his plans, we tried for a peaceful solution, because combat run by you would mean this will take until july. Of course you decided that this was not an option and went along anyway.
"Peaceful solution" =/= "Sit around and let the demon finish his plans unsupervised".
Not to mention that you ignored the plot for a while. And ignored my hints that letting Seham go off alone was a bad idea.
And that I need to pull teeth just to get people to do anything. You can hardly complain that I'm tying up your characters when your characters aren't even trying to advance the plot!

((My internet was gone all day, anything important happen?
Does anything important ever happen?

"If I didn't know better I'd think you want me to be your bea."
<Not be-ah, beau. Sounds like the think you put on presents.>

Limp or not, ICARUS already teleported away. Being limp does not interfer with that.
More to grab the others. Not that I'm sure who all they are.

No, seriously, who is still in Hell?!?

If you find out, let me know.
Also, you might want to figure out how they found your magazines.

Violence isn't the answer, Al.

Newford. "Bye bye old Ford." There are clearly (probably) three Fords: New, Between, and Old. The old Oldford has been replaced by Betweenford, the old Betweenford was replaced by the old Newford, and the old Newford was replaced by someone. Also, I don't know where the old Oldford went.
The Ford of Warrens past, the Ford of Warrens present and the Ford of Warrens future?
That makes much more sense than it should.
Possible. Or they're just backups, or a chain of command, or they fulfill different purposes. Maybe we should find Oldford.

-1 to shooting the lights.  Do we WANT to kill the Greens?
Probably.
-1 to screwing with the lights in any way.

Use Hawk Eye to examine the castle and courtyard.

Oh. ...I should figure out how to uninstall it. Which would involve remembering while files were added.
On that note, is MechJeb also borked, is there a new compatible update, or what?
MechJeb has issues with modded in fuel types, such as those used by interstellar. It basically sees that and says "I unno'" and just calculates the shit it has the capacity to calculate.
1. I never had trouble with it before.
2. I was using liquid fuel.
3. NOTHING was showing up.

I installed MechKeb build 198, but evidently it didn't write over the old files because now I've got two kinds of MechJebs. Well, in theory. I tried to get the second in R&D, but the second still wouldn't show up, and clicking back to R&D reveals a third. I think I'll close the game and remove all MechJeb files...
EDIT: Goddammit, that didn't do a thing!

"Not Ideal">"Not Working"

Oh god, what am I doing? *Nogoodnames has claimed a spacecraft hangar*

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I hope I can figure out how to remove those glitchy engines. It would suck to go this far and be denied completion due to a bug.
...What were you trying to make, again?

Anyways. I've been planning more things for my LP, and I was wondering if there was an easier way to hack craft to other worlds than just turning on infinite fuel, maybe hacking gravity, and powering towards the place in question.

Einsteinian Roulette / Re: Einsteinian Roulette OOC

Random bit of trivia cause its late and I haven't fallen asleep yet. Did anybody know that there was a Saint Jude Thaddeus, and that he is the patron saint of desperate cases and lost causes? I might of picked my characters name a little too well.
...
Yup.

((Nikitian's buddies are appearing. :))
That guy is awesome. Hope he's doing ok!
+1

(Yes, but that forest was inside the mountains, towards the capital. That, or it was on the slopes of the mountains. Either way, those mountains are between the edge of the kingdom and the capital area. To reach Elsa, they'll have to be crossed at some point.)
Hills, I'd buy. And that hardly says anything; there are hills in the Midwest, which isn't exactly mountainous.
Let's face it, we've got a better idea of the geography of the Springfield region than the Arendell region. We know that there are mountains and ocean near both, but we don't know anything else about Arendell. Yeah, mountains are probably an issue...if there aren't any passes. And if it's easy to get up to the North Mountain in what is effectively the dead of winter, there are going to be passes.

Selina instead then tries to summon something small out of crystal. No bigger than her hand in size. In her tent of course.
Power: [3]
Control: [1-0.2=1]
That was close.
Selina makes a little twisted ball of spiky crystal. It shatters in her hand, which swiftly turns red.
...Oh. It's bleeding. That's bad.
((Sufficiently sharp blades can cut without causing pain. That's what I'm basing this off of.))

Roll To Dodge / Re: GreatWyrmGold begins working on an actual plot?!?

Summon Misko
[6]
I'll PM misko27 to inform him of his promotion to Furtaka-Hating Deity of Order.

Summon Elsa.
[5] You do so. You are now a Disneymancer and can summon Disney characters at +1, because I can't think of anything else to make that better than a 4.

SIC XANTALOS ON GWG
[4]
Ow!

Grant GWG a protective shield and great strength, speed and endurance.
Give GWG a Great Kanohi Hau, Pakari and Kakama.

[2]
You give GWG a bunch of Bionicles and a village in Nepal.

go have a bath in a nice relaxing hot spring forget about the fight going on just relax
[1] OW OW OW HOT YOU ARE NOT IMMUNE TO FIRE!

Continue piloting Healing Multiverse, as due to being a multiverse, it is not contained within the old universe. OVERHEAL GWG
[4] GWG overhealed.

Loot the universe.
[2] Your pockets are too small.

Lead the GWG clones in an attempt to hijack the thread
[1] The GWG clones turn on you, angry at trying to hurt the original. Thanks, guys!

Respawn as fairy queen. Fail to try to take a second action in one turn.
[6] You are the Shidhe Queen. Google "Shidhe" and guess how much loyalty they have to their queen. Oh look, you just died of "natural causes".

Shove my fist down Taloniswolf's mouth and yank out his pancreas.
[6]
OW! Teeth hurt when they bit your elbow.

Spawn as the god-king.
[6]
You discover yourself married to Arcvasti. Friggin' celestial politics. Oh look, you died of "natural causes" too.
...Wait, what?

Shove my fist down Taloniswolf's mouth and yank out his pancreas.
Bite down on his fist if possible, turning him into a zombie.
[3] The bastard got a handful of pancreas, but you manage to bit him.

Repair SFW barrier, become guardian of it.
[4] Check and check.
...Try not to think about how people have kids now.

BRING CHAOS INTO THIS UNIVERSE
[2] You chant some, trying to summon the Legions of Chaos. You screw up, and somehow it begins raining eggbeaters.
Maybe you shouldn't have slept through or skipped half your Metaphysics lectures. It would have helped your career options a lot more than all your art history courses combined.

RESUMMON BILLY MAYS HERE
[6] BILLY MAYS IS HERE!
HE PUNCHES YOU AND TAKES YOUR SHAMWOWS!
HE BEGINS SELLING THEM WITH BETTER SALESMANSHIP!
THE JERK!

Kill poketwo
[4v1]
poketwo glares at you and speaks a few words. A bunch of rancid oil splashes on his head. You can't decide if this counts as a mercy kill or if you feel bad for killing someone so pathetic.

Stop being a flea. Or dead. Or a ghost.
[1] You are locked into being a ghost flea.

Respawn as the concept of respawning.
[4] Ooh, meta.

Use Chaos Power to become the Chaos God!
[2] Aw.

1. Most likely they planned on having the engagement ceremony to make it official as soon as possible and the wedding after that. Anna was most likely just over zealous due to the fact that she was attention starved and convinced she was in love and Hans was encouraging her to try and get the most potentially flawed part of his plan out of the way as fast as possible. (Because, lets be frank, assassinating Disney royalty, especially if you are married into the family, would be ridiculously easy.)
2. Wasn't me, I found it on the internet and it was the only one that responded to my search that had that scene.
1. ...which doesn't address that a similarly-shortened wedding was evidently allowable.
2. Not blaming you.

"Um... sh-should we g-get some ice... f-for me to practice  sh-sh-shattering?"
"I dunno. Isn't there ice, like, everywhere? Try shattering that, eh?"
It's summer, not winter.

(Arrendale, if not an island, seems to be surrounded by high mountains, at least around the capital, which seem to have a permanent snowcap. Even in mundane war, these would present a significant problem for an invading army. A full-on invasion likely requires finding a pass through them.)
As indicated by all the forest Anna rode through just to get to the mountains?

I was actually quite excited to try running it...
I've been excited to run several games that have flopped.
...The fact that most have been failures due to complexity rather than lack of interest is irrelevant.
