Baseless? This is your creation, none other. You are responsible for its actions.

Forum Guidelines
Begin my journey to Florida.[5] You book a flight, though it just about cleans out your bank account.
darn no shrink ray or other such reduction technology... mick shall have to devise a plan to build one...[6] He finds a large number of places offering to sell him anything from "Canned Superpowers" to ancient magical artifacts in exchange for small payments, or even for free if you fill out the application.
Mick shall wear his new suit/body armor/costume and check the crate for a harness or holster to store his Tesla rifle in.
He shall then hide thepurple kryptonitemagical amethyst ring somewhere in his hotel room.
after such loot related matters are attended to mick shall boot up his laptop and search for possible sources of the various types of phlebotinum and locations where he might find the necessary tools and machinery to manipulate it.
he shall also search his maps for nice large caverns or cisterns under the city where he could set up a temporary secret base before cautiously making his way to the possible sites and checking to see if any are already occupied.
Same action.[4] You wake up. You seem to be in some kind of van.
-snip-Snoring. [6] You have a dream which, for the sake of avoiding violating the forum rules, I will simply say involves Ozkar, a girl who turns out to be a succubus, and no clothing.
Sleep. When a state of wakefulness is achieved, check newspaper ads for any superperson-making test subject want ads, if there are any.
Finally, a chance to bring justice![2] Darn traffic! By the time you're there, the villain has fled.
Head to the scene of the crime with all possible haste, and confront the villain and his henchmen (dealing with the henchmen first)
(would normally try a more stealthy approach, but I'd rather not risk missing the action)
Ugghhhh. Great. Useless cops.[2] No available snack carts, perhaps due to the hour of day. Aw.
Smash something nearby in frustration, then stomp off angrily. Continue walking around the city in search of the demon.
Edit: Actually, lets grab some snacks while we're here as well. All this demon hunting business got me hungry.
-snip-You withdraw the money.
Irving sighs, makes an attempt to look at an imaginary watch on his forearm, and leaves the bank. Now where to? Hm... Supplies, yes, that would be good. Its been a while since he's bought food. Now where is the blasted store though?...But he realizes he needs money to purchase food, as after all he buys a very select amount and physical cash is harder to trace than credit or debit. Irving heads back into the bank and waits in line, when at the teller asks to make a withdraw of... Oh, a hundred should do.
Get to main controls, let out prisoners.[3,5] You spend a while, but eventually find some controls. You free a cell block of prisoners.
Kill anyone attacking with a weapon. You do not sacrifice our lives for enemy villagers. Sorry, it's a weak impulse to say that enemy villagers are as worthy of survival as our own troops. We are not a modern army, we are not winning hearts and minds here.I can't argue here. After all, they're dangerous.
You're thinking of MarusOh..
I say we make the fellow younger, and get him one of those Wooden swords; but we imbue the sword with the power Of Darkness, making it heavier, and stronger. Not right now. For now, show him around, show him what we do for our followers. Replace that strong faith in our enemy with a strong faith in us. It wouldn't do to boon our enemy...
