How often is Selina going to be unconscious at a time when she's expected to wake up shortly but probably won't?

Symptoms of being a Magical Girl*:
-Some sort of personality affecting mental illness, usually Dissociative Personality Disorder.
-Regular involvement in awkward situations.
-Randomly ceasing movement before becoming an eldritch abomination that interacts with relevant past events via retcon.

The Foundation isn't much for killing or otherwise decommissioning SCPs, except in Keter cases and the like. And killing Yuri probably wouldn't help with DR, so they wouldn't try that.
