Roll To Dodge / Re: The Art of Minimalism VII: Boreder than Dead
« on: June 28, 2013, 05:19:32 pm »
respawn on earth.
"Well, their loners. Powerful ones."
Do this.
You do.

Create a army of half-dragon giant spiders to kill Furtaka.
[3] You create several, but it turns out that a crossbreed between a very territorial creature and a typically territorial creature is territorial! One survives.

Fart on everything until it dies.
...
No.

I dunno. o.o

Be godzilla I guess?

[6] You're the God of Zillas.
What's a zilla?

Summon Hari Seldon.
[4] Now, who is she?

Die!
[5] You die, and are really dead! None of this only mostly dead stuff for you! No, siree! You are dead as a doornail, dead as a doorstop, dead as a dodo crossed with a dinosaur. You're rotting on the ground because no one's around to bury you, but some nice vultures come along and eat your flesh. It doesn't hurt because you're dead. Your bones are scattered, and the dregs left behind by the vultures get eaten by assorted insects that feed on dead people. Now that only your bones are left, your dead deadness gets stepped on a bunch. Your skull, also dead, eventually gets covered by sediment in a flood and is eventually discovered alongside the fossilized bones of other dead creatures. The skull is put with other dead primate bones into a skeleton that looked like no real primate, and is gawked at by people wanting to see a dead primate. Eventually, your skull is removed and studied separately by scientists who study dead things and think that your skull did not belong to the same dead creature as the other dead primate bones.
By the way, you are dead.

P.S. We deserve a spot in the Hall of Fame, as we got enough votes. To remind Skyrunner, I'd like to ask everyone who voted for TAoM to vote again, just in case.
I'd also like it if everyone else did as well.

"Okay, okay! No Truth-Or-Dare!

"Since Kyle wants to hate other peoples' ideas, what's his?"

27483
"So...what do we do now? Truth-Or-Dare?"

27484
"Okay, this is stupid."

Angel concentrates, and turns everything back to how it was when we started this madness.
Hey! What the--Oh, Nuriel then thinks a word she shouldn't say in the presence of children.

Who is the person who was supposed to GM the next turn and forgot?
You, now.

27486
"Ow! This world has no logic."

"Lets go do... something else Angel... Before they start falling on... on us..."
"Alright."

"We really are risking the moderator's attention aren't we?"
Noticing that Nuriel is still naked since no-one's done anything to rectify that issue, Cyrielle switches to her magical form.
Anromalius removes he longcoat and drapes it over Nuriel.
"Try to at least maintain a facade of dignity."
((we did fix this... twice))
((The last post I've seen that refers to Nuriel as naked didn't seem to have anyone try to rectify it. Anyway, the more clothing we dump on Nuriel, the harder it is for her to get naked. Especially if the clothing is inflammable.))
((1. Nonflammable is just a challenge for Nuriel.
2. In the words of Dr. Nick: "Inflammable means it burns? Man, what a country."))

27487
"Oof!"

((Took you guys long enough.))

"...Um...What was Nuriel doing? She landed on my sand castle and destroyed it. Again."
"Conny, wet wings don't fly well. Let me show you..." Nuriel promptly ran over to and grabbed Conny before dunking her in her water for a bit longer than was necessary.

Btw, what of the other Counts under the Duke? Count Zanders and Count Gorgon? We should connect with them before relieving Torchester.
I hadn't thought of that. We definitely need to...wait, Count Gorgon? Sounds like a...stony person.

27489
((Huh. Two people who I expected would be fairly anti-Nuriel-shenangians posted without rebuking her.))

Nuriel tilted her wings and soared around the water for a moment, before making up her mind. She grabbed Kyle and tossed him back on the beach, propelling herself backwards a bit by the laws of motion, before swooping towards him again.

27490
"...Okay...Um...you look kinda like a kitten, so I'll call you Kitten. Is that okay?
Unwittingly reference classic sci-fi. A cookie to whoever gets it.

27491
"Alright." She swoops down towards Kyle, leaving someone else an opening to criticize Kyle for his word choice and Nuriel for her actions.

After hundreds of pages of ninjas, it's getting old...

27493
"Yeah...Nuriel's mean, though. She got my sand castle wet! I'll have to spend a lot of time fixing it!"

"For the record, Kyle, I'm game."

I like forcing the bandit dude to prove his worth better than just outright knighting him.  let's do that.
Either way works. If we make him prove his worth, it either needs to be in or not take much time from the war.

What was Kyle hoping to accomplish? Embarrassing Nuriel?

Also, can we stop complaining about ninjas in all but the most extreme or relevant cases, and just assume that little discrepancies between one post and the prior one are due to ninjas?
