I missed an important update for sleep...at least I got here in time to comment.

Negotiate, with the primary objective of avoiding enslavement under any circumstances, secondary objective is survival, tertiary objective is the amulet. Anything other than those three is optional, although nice to have.

Hm...I suppose those objectives are acceptable. If nothing else, it'll show that we have an independent spirit, which I suppose is important for her to know now.

So Oric is the shopkeeper, and the Voice is the mailman?

And while we're speculating on crazy time travel stuff, Al is his own father, maternal grandfather, grandmaternal great-grandfather, and so on until he got bored.

Phiali has lived for years without any sort of riches; he's confident he can do so again. He's mostly glad he finished this annoying Quest for Water. He thinks for a moment, trying to remember what he said to Azha when he took this quest.

Oh, right. Not much there. Well, he had brought her water; maybe she'll listen to him?
