"You know, if it makes you feel any better, we could all just be an illusion inside your head where you posses the power to rival gods."
"...How would that make me feel better?"

Angel, could you tell Kyle that his idea further proves how--

"I don't know what you want me to say, but the answer is no."

((Ninja!)) ((And another!))

And what did I do to her, dear Selina? Helped her grow up a little bit. She has to grow up, and fast. Children won't be able to stand up against those Layar people, you know.
Angel ignored Nuriel and looked at Selina. "Th...tha..." Angel was a bit overcome. She's been through a lot these past couple days.

Hm...that idea sounds better than trying to feign a divine voice. Sounds pretty good.

Use illusive magic to convey parley request if our voice is too, you know...soft.

Angel sniffled some more. "Th-thanks...I really hate Nuriel right now..."

That won't last. It never does.

"Yes it will!"

...Yes which will?

"The part where I hate you!"

2. Arguable, and it doesn't affect much...especially since your plan had us burning the town.

a. Plan? "Take the amulet and scram. Once we're safe, perform a nondenominatinal service of thanks."

b-d. And what about stopping a moment to chat changes which will happen? Will diplomacy sap our fire?

b-di. Ah. I thought you meant my "Try diplomacy first" plan. Yeah, I agree.

e. We have ways to avoid walls and such. Just like cats, except we can glide, illusionate, and (if we need to) burn.

"Gah! Don't talk..." Angel sat down and started sobbing. "Why does Nuriel make me kiss people?"

Only Selina heard, Because it's fun. Not my fault that you take over halfway through. This didn't help the sobbing.

Hey, at least one of them fit in with the ninja'd post this time.

Angel coughed, looked at Kyle, and shrank away. She got up and went over to Selina.

"S-so...should we, um, go and talk to...someone?"

28178
I'll freely admit to not really reading what the other waitlisters were. Silly of me.

((...Does anyone actually have smelling salts or some way to mimic the effect? Angel took a while to wake up last time, remember?))

"She was.. admittedly better at that than you would expect from some one who has only kissed once before."
This neatly ties into some vague ideas I've been having about Nuriel.

Well, atleast the worst i was thinking didn't happen. (Nuriel forcing marriage)
Not her style.

I'm not blaming either of those.

2. That's true either way. Aren't the guards already spread out?

a. A lot of scenarios doesn't make them better, it makes them more numerous.

b-d. True but what about that makes the adventurers abandon the amulet; True but that leaves every other issue; Not really, since they'll react the same to a fire in five minutes as now.
e. No, we can run afterwards, as I've been saying.

(x is the base Psi score, which I'm guessing is 0. Let me know of any issues with this character or if you wanted background or other stuff not on the sheet.)

The purge might have been metaphorical.
Or based on the real-world belief that plagues were divine retribution/punishment for the sinful.
