((I'll assume the final roster is Alucard, Andras, Bartimeus, Conny, ICARUS, Kyle, Loki, Lunette, Luna, and Sen.))

First, Kyle charges through the portal. He is in an empty area in a big city, with a bunch of people a good bit back. The city looks like it's been attacked, but things look...nonviolent now.
Conny, Lunette, and Luna quickly follow. By now, they're drawing some odd glances, especially Conny and Lunette.
One by one, the others enter. By the time they're all assembled, a few demons can be seen, watching them from atop buildings.

How do they react?

He doesn't want to go to the Void, he wants to go to another world. The target world isn't "far" from Will's world, as these things are measured, but it is a lot different.

Or make the wailesters pretty happy.

Why would a portal made of Wills organs lead anywhere else?

He has super intuition, not super interdimensional travel knowledge

Again, he was basically jump-starting the portal. Like...remember the ignition analogy? The car starts going forward because you ignited the engine, but you can make it go in reverse if the car is made right and applies a bit more energy.
That's about the best analogy I can come up with.

Is the portal working by using Will's power as a catalyst to open the portal and his organs act as the stabilizer to keep the portal open or is it the other way around?

Neither. His...well...essence or something acted as a catalyst to start it and would allow it to be easily re-started if something went wrong. Continuing the car analogy, if you ripped the ignition out of the car, it could keep driving, but there would be some negative effects, and if you turned it off then you would need to push the car to get it moving again.
Note: I know little about cars.

Kyle is unable to help his friend so of course he's a jerk for being greatly upset by it.

I'm not even sure what the incident in question is so I'm going to ignore this for now.

I'm pretty sure that this is impossible by definition.
He has, however, been an unintentionally bad friend whenever he's abandoned the group. Especially after said group included his child(ren).

Kyle said Lucifer is reasonable. And a reasonable person does not become lord of hell by being not trustworthy.

One does not become Lord of the Backstabbers without backstabbing. One who tries to do so will be backstabbed.

There is no being that could reasonably rule over hell through sheer force alone.

And there is none.
Canonically, there is no singular Lord of Hell. Lucifer may be the most powerful demon in Hell, but there are demons who do not obey his rule.

No demon would ever support Lucifers rule if it was not beneficial to them.

1. What the hell (pun intended) makes you think that all demons support Lucifer? There are always dissidents, and I would have thought it was clear that Seham was not one of the Lucifer-lovers.
2. It's entirely possible to rule a large group of people who mostly do not support you, if they either support you more than anarchy or (more likely) are too disorganized and inter-hateful to band together, and any small rebellions are crushed by the might of the rest of the group.

And he's mighty optimistic to think he can conquer an entire world with just a couple of demons, even if that world is poorly developed. Note that Wills homeworld is also Stellas homeworld. There is an entire race of dragons who will not have any of his shit.

He was barely able to even defend what he already had, that bitch is not conquering anything.

Demon armies are a lot bigger, and have more power per troop, than most human armies.

Said home world is also populated with supers. A LOT of supers. Who probably don't want their world conquered, either because of freedom or because they want to conquer it themselves.

Is everyone forgetting that I had Will clearly say that the world on the other side had little magic and no supernatural organizations?

*Well, technically it'll work, in a way similar to how a car without an ignition system will work.

Seham fucked up, not Lucifer. Lucifer only said he'd go and see what he can do about getting Will back. Will is back. 100% success

1. Seham did not "fuck up" if Lucifer did not. He got what he wanted, and he'd rather be hunted but have that world than not have that world and be invaded anyways because he's a weak target.
2. Lucifer definitely dropped the ball. Sure, he did what he was asked to, but did he do it well?

also, Kyle is no longer with the main cast because his strategy to solving problems is to run away and pretend there are none. I mean, whatever happened to the part where he wanted to be a good father to Lunette? But nope, the moment he faces some critique, bam, all resolution is gone, and he abandons his family to live on the other end of the world. True, ICARUS coud have handled the whole thing a bit better, but seriously, Kyle is a terrible father

Angel and Will vanished without a word. Nothing is wrong with that?
Angel apparently stayed in her parents' hospital room for an extended period of time, and apparently removed and lost her bracelet somehow. Nothing is wrong with that?
Will was recorded being beaten up and dragged into the woods. Nothing is wrong with that?!?
I could go on.

I don't think he was reacting "normally," or at least not well.
Kyle's sounding like a damn big jerk, apathetic to everyone except himself. Is this intentional?
