Gonna go ahead and guess that Nuriel is Bisexual.

*shrugs* I had imagined that Nuriel was still a 5-year-old under her teen-like shell...besides, Nuriel would probably start getting tons of headaches if she actually started making out with people.

Anyways, adding points.

The face spoke in a voice that sounded famillar "Hello, people of earth."

"Hey, 'sup. I'm Nuriel. You look familiar...are you that girl A--w headache headache better. Anyhoo, wazzapanin?"
Angel would have cringed if she had more than a vague idea what was going on with Nuriel. Later, when she turned back, cringe she would.

"Um...geez, it's been a while. You have no idea how long it's been since I started trying to get water for her. It feels like I've been at it for...close to one-third of how long I've been around. It's been a while. I might have had it when I got here, but I don't think I would have..."

Yeah, those are the options.

Do durations stack? Like, if Battle Cry is used when it has two turns left, are there three turns left or five?

Nuriel began to shift into maniac mode. Others noticed a little flare of red in her gray eyes.
"Magic, huh? That sounds sweet. And hey, other magic dudes and gals. Glad to see y'all. Anyways, magic? What kind?"

((Going to be retconning in some responses for Angel. Yay not being here!))

Anima corrected him, her dual-layered voice reverberating.
"Alistair is with me because he will be safer from enemies with me than alone, as he lacks the strength to defend himself. Cyrus, knowing the trend of people revealing their powers, probably has powers. And so does the newcomer  by my reckoning."

"As to the first, I will have you. As to the second: Firstly, why would I not be part of this trend, and secondly, powers?"

"Um... uh... eh... why do you... talk like that? aren't... aren't you a little... young to... to be around with... without parents..." Selina is curious about the little girl, and glad for the distraction from Maria/Anima.

"How should I talk, and yes."

Angel looked, a bit afraid, as the weird lady? showed up. Yup, Angel/Nuriel wasn't alone! On the other hand, that's not necessarily a good thing...and if she went into the sewers, that would make it a LOT harder to fake having been at home. Then another kid, a few years older than she, ran past her, not even noticing, and hopped into the sewer; then the big monster had died and the lady? went away.
Then the others wandered off.
Angel thought. She couldn't just let them leave, leaving her even more ignorant about the nature of this "magic" stuff. However, she equally couldn't hop down and get her clothes all wet and filthy. After several minutes' thought, she surrendered to the inevitable.
"You have got to do what you have got to do."
She transformed into Nuriel.

Nuriel was vastly different from Angel, aside from their vaguely similar faces. Nuriel was a bit bipolar; either distant or maniac. Right now, she was maniac.
"Sweet, magic crap! Sad I couldn't burninate that creep down there, but maybe this'll turn into a nice dungeon crawl and I'll get to blast something!"
The maniac mode of Nuriel was nearly as talkative as Angel, once she got momentum.
Nuriel hopped into the sewer, cushioning her fall slightly with a needlessly large blast of flame and significantly with her wings. She headed down the sewer, lapsing into her distant mode.
She caught up to the group. "'Sup?"

((Remember, there's very little which would connect Angel and Nuriel to an uninformed observer.))

Can we create a creature that splits into smaller creatures and then reforms into the original? Because it might help people like us more if we make the modified bobcat split into a tsunami of adorable kittens. Why? Because kittens.

I'm not sure about complex creatures with skeletons and stuff, but if we made some cnidarianoid creatures--or even echinodermoid ones--something like that could work.
