I'm temped to say that we should wait, but it will free up two slots and help us learn more. I agree, because we don't particularly need either reagent.
True. And, whatever happens, it'll probably be interesting and might give us insight into how the Tree works. +1

I've been archive-delving for the TV Tropes page, and the Target was never referred to as such before the resurrection.
The only issue is that the Astral Influx seems to have been Ciro's Soul Star even before the fusion...and why would Milli stash it at the top of the dungeon?
Of course, that's not to say it's impossible. I don't think the AI was noted as being ours pre-Blood-Maging.

What?! We're not part of his harem, he's part of ours!
Seriously though, one of them is slightly cuddly with us and completely oblivious to him, one is his daughter, and the remaining one or two are slimes. I'm not really seeing Al with much of a harem.
You do understand what "joke" means, right?
And Goom-Bess would probably stomp you if you called her a slime.

Needs to be red, too. There's precedence. Ciro went in as a male human fighter with white as his primary color and came out as a female human mage with red as her primary color. Therefore Slog needs to come out as a female blorble-warrior composed of red slime.
Although, we had that one red headband. Hence, some color making up the color of headwear he had for a while will become his new color.
That's right, the crown. We could get...a gold slime!

I'd like to note that Al knows more about bringing people back to life than Ciro. Proof: Compare Ciro coming back to life to...the fiasco when we tried to bring Slog back to life.

Ah, I thought you literally meant that everything would hit.

Still, you'll always miss at least once every 3 rounds or so, just by the chances of rolling a 1. Although boosts to critical threat range would probably be really helpful...which reminds me, Wrex was hinting that I should swap some more Truenamer levels for Psion levels.

Which reminds me that I should figure out what I'd need for some Astral Construct pogs so I can summon them.
