Ragnarok: Absorb Slag. Become T-1000.[5] You become a Slag Mecha. Less charismatic than a T-1K, but stronger too. It also has a lightning gun.
Also I love how 'ancient' = less than three turns ago I think. The theory is, it was ancient when it entered the game. Just like Luke Skywalker wasn't born 30 seconds before you first saw him in the movie.
Respawn as an arsenic based lifeform inside Xantalos's heartHe was destroyed.
Respawn as eldritch cheesecake.[3] An enchanted cheesecake vanishes from a wizard's kitchen. It appears here.
Get beamed aboard another ship.[4] You do. [5] It's crewed by dwarves who salute you.
Create a planet.[5-1] You do. It's a cold, barren sphere of stone.
FORM SLAG INTO SHRIKE BODY[1] You become a lightning gun.
LIGHTSPEED BLITZ KILL EVERYTHING
Good morning, fairly well faring RTD. Are you feeling fine today? I certainly am.[2] You throw a rock at the void. Then you wonder where the rock came from.
DERM ALL THE THINGS
Figure out device then go find the dead TSAB crew and bring them back to life.[6] You do! You resurrect every dead body. Including ones that were hacked horribly apart or are rotten. And you can't turn it off.
Also what's with the character bit?Hm?
So you mean, a sort of in-built decay system with health, that would bleed people down back to within their normal health limits if it was ever exceeded?Kinda. I wasn't that specific, however.
The problem with that is why is it so delayed? At that moment, we were back to regular health range. That's a problem with every theory.
I think we may have to look back further... Possibly an error in the reincarnation? I mean, we did sort of come back... Wrong. We have memories we shouldn't, and the process was glitched.QuoteMaybe.QuoteEDIT: Seems we rolled a five in "everything is where it should be." A bit disconcerting. Also, Mili was in there too... I have a feeling those two are a bit interconnected.Which page was that, and how many updates before the bleeding?1. Why would grabbing something do anything?Update -4 Summary:Also we recovered our clot-cutter that we had left lying around in a completely different room/level than what we were in for some time. That seems a lot more likely than getting hurt because we tossed it across the room for a turn, anyway.
We scan ourself. Hm...Anyways, Al makes a double entendre which Rilitia completely misses, as he retrieves a sword. We teleport to the arena. Scanning Ciro seems like it might have something to do with it, but I can't imagine what. Those of you who want to investigate further, it's on page 190.
2. I don't believe I referred to the clot-cutter-throwing as a likely option. Then why didn't everyone cough up blood? If anything, Ciro would be less likely to cough up blood, because less in her inventory changed.because y'know, an entire inventory becoming SoulBound might hurt.I feel as if the second one is horribly wrong to all degreesSpoiler: Second One(thought up while creating the above) (click to show/hide)Hm... Kinda depends. I mean, we get freaking narrative control, we can do practically anything. Maybe find ways to gather hilarious sums of pence/rubies/dollars.Hm...
But, having a Slog that could actually advance would be interesting... But rather, I think in order to do that we need to 1) Realize he has a soulstar too, and 2) Find it. If we do that and have enough for Oversoul, sure lets go for it. We got double capacity now, so we can do twice the stuff.
Is there anything stopping us from using Oversoul to turn Slog into a soulled slime which can generate, say, sapphires? A Sapphire Spit ability would be great, in-combat and out.Ooh, so he is both Ciro's father and his brother? Yay incest.I'd like to note that, barring time-travel, that's impossible. Half-brother and father, sure; just ask Eteocles.QuoteAs to the 'evil twin' idea... Apart from name, they don't look like polar opposites. Ciro isn't that good, Oric isn't that evil (at least when we've seen him).Indeed. And isn't that the best kind?
My guess is that the names are just a red herring which the players have willingly imposed upon themselves.
I'll be looking for more evidence that the stuffing-with-HP theory is true; it just...sounds right and seems right. There's evidence, but mostly circumstantial. I suppose I'll need to consider the nature of HP...hm...
For the present, continue swapping exposition with Yaos.
Also I always like to slay dragons.
I should I know the meaning of a dragons growls? Not like I'm the patron god of dragons, Lizard breath.Wait for the "click"...
I knew it, the mantling has begun! We must get them off of her before she winds up being aspects of both Ciro and Al!Let's start by ruling out options.
Also...
As for the bleeding thing, it could be a lot of things. It could be abuse of our powers, that's been known to make us hack up blood and pain, abuse of the checkpoint but really we haven't seen any side effects of such, or maybe something else. I gave a lot of theories but I cannot really say what they all were. I can rule out being in another universe, I believe, since we were actually still in the arena, thus we were still in our 'verse. It could of been due to Megaman's proximity, yet only we were effected, no one else did. Could be due to tampering with our soulstar, but then we'd see Al also suffering the effects of it as well...
