I can null your crew quite easily you know?
How so?
Presumably they need air.
I'm a wizard, too. Besides, you'd need god-like power to remove air from a large area for a good amount of time.
And magical pirate ships don't need air.
Actually the air powers are presumably just some innate skill I have, so I don't think they follow the same rules. I hope at least cause I am screwed if that is the only magic I'm allowed to do. If the plans I have in motion don't come through.
You may be more powerful than a normal mage, but you're not THAT powerful. And even if you were, keeping air out of a bubble against the laws of nature...that's gotta take all your concentration. You know what's good at breaking your concentration? A flying magical pirate ship wizard.

The character limit in the sig is such a pain, so I've decided to put my forum games here and link to this post from my sig.

Not all games I'm running will be put here, just ones I bother to.

A Beginner's Guide--Inspired by an MS Paint Adventure thingy, guide Persana through a realm she creates and discover the nature of the universe. ASCII Suggestion Game.

The Islands of Misery--A Roll to Dodge game where players battle it out for power, fun, and the precious Loot everyone has. Competitive Arena.

Super-RtD--A Roll to Dodge game where you can take the role of a superhero, supervillain, or super-nothing-in-particular in the mean streets of Chicago.

The Ultimate Hero--An illustrated suggestion game. The Light Monk Kherimhsaz has been killed by Moredread! Play as his apprentice, Daenashura, on her quest for...actually, I'm not sure what she's doing.

-----

Let's Spore--A Suggestion Let's Play of Spore. My first game of Spore in a while...

By the way, if we have 2 players at Step 6 it goes to an infinite loop.

Wanna come to some kind of consensus?

Also roll the dice.

Namely fishes, yes. But may I point out that whales are more closely related to us humans than to tuna?
Point being?
The actual point is that in most environments, the various roles are inhabited by quite different, and very differently named, creatures. Given that we are working from a consistent and, somewhat, simplified art-style, it seems that the various creatures should have differing identifiers. Not that I have anything against a world where all wildlife is a form of dragon, I just don't believe that this is such a world...
You're strawmanning my point. Three, count 'em, three, creatures have had the name "drake" suggested by me. There have been close to a dozen creatures encountered. What's more, two of the species have such similar characteristics that we may assume relation until autopsies prove otherwise, especially as their lifestyles appear to be sufficiently different as to bring into question why both would have ridged backs, while the third is so vaguely drawn that it could come from nearly any tetrapod lineage. (I'm not even quite ready to rule out avian).
You turn this into me saying "EVRYTHING'S A DRAKE!"
See why I don't like the argument you're making?

I'd also like to note that possessing #2 allows us to keep control over the military of the area.
I will say it again, posessing is for the short term. In the long one, we need followers.
Well, yes. But we can't lose now in hopes of winning later.
And our host should be someone important. Unless we can possess the king or something, a general's about as high as we can get.

Given that I'm a sparrow that kills whatever he looks at, yes.
And I'm a living, flying pirate ship crewed by mutant lizardmen.
Actually, if they get a breath attack, then they would become dragonmen.
...You are right!

Given that I'm a sparrow that kills whatever he looks at, yes.
And I'm a living, flying pirate ship crewed by mutant lizardmen.
I'm some kind of elemental mage thing that has control over air, your move.
I'm a spellcasting flying pirate ship pirated by lizardmen mutated into dragonmen. Mutated...by my magical awesomeness. And maybe some radiation.

30597
In, as Tom Bombadil.

30598
You know what would be funnier? If this is how it worked in real life.

Wait, did I say funny? I meant horrible. New people show up when old ones die, there's almost no discouragement against killing, and the worst killers have the most toys.

30599
((I am?))

"Now that you understand how to play, let's do it like this--I count one, two, three, then we both show what we chose at the same time. Ready? One, two..."

Three! Paper this time.

((What do you think the chance is that this is changing the program?))
