The priestess was largely ours by association with the general. She might break free if given a chance, and will probably be mentally compromised, possibly even spiritually compromised, by the mark, and by losing the general. It is worth considering possessing the priestess, but I don't see it as being particularly important.
We could also possess someone close to the general, see if we could get her that way.

Agree to Charlie's terms. Let the Archmage know the re-warding will be done tomorrow.

I suggest we use better weapons than YouTube.

Oh look, we're back on-topic.

My Idea:
Okay, let's aim for about 2m tall, heavily muscled, as agile as we can make 'em, give them rapid asexual reproduction, greatly enhanced senses, and a carapace similar to that of the mantis shrimp.  Along with that we should aim for redundancy of necessary organs, and possibly a distributed central nervous system, to make them even more resilient to damage.
I'm not sure about all that. I was imagining of us making more of a "prototype" critter.

If we have any willing hummies we can use a particularly nice specimen as the template, and then our soldiers also give us an exponential mana increase.
I dunno...

As far as humans for modification, look amongst the old, infirm, and invalid for our first candidates for transformation, offer it as a way of life extension, with obligatory military service being the price.
This might work. I guess. We should make it willing and vetoable by any close member of the family.
1/ We don't exactly have time for prototypes, we need as many functional soldiers asap

2 & 3/ I would say otherwise, but I suppose this is gonna turn into an exact mirror of the euthanasia debate
1. Point. It goes against my sensibilities, but we don't have time for those.
2-3. I'd be interested to hear why you think that we shouldn't make sure they and their families are willing.

Build a large tower mob spawner with all the stone.

Instead, work on defenses and a forge. Also cut wood for charcoal.

I voted Yes as well, since my character is...oh wait, I mixed up the lie with the reality. No, he's mostly going to be avoiding being seen by people who'll recognize him, then after about half an hour he'll change and walk in about 15 minutes after that as Heian.

That was "fun".

Try hunting some more as we travel. More cautiously. A troll's gotta eat.

+1 for Deadly Neurotoxin Ink Cloud.
Yes. I agree. +1
We do what we must, because we can. +1

First Time posting so bear with me i do believe something to consider would be a brain ganglion which would allow us at least a more advanced processing center for are cells and a quicker reaction speed.
Greetings!
If we don't have anything like this already, +1

Check the woman's life. Specifically, if she has one. Of the breathing type, not the social type.

If she's alive, heal any wounds. If she's dead, REPOT IT NOW. And don't act like a stupid horror movie bimbo.

Sounds good. Also, I think we need to stop Luther getting too big a head. Challenge him to an archery contest.
Agreed. Archery lacks the same glory as hacking it up in melee, but it's vital in actual combat.

Suggest to the Cook if he can't come up with a little bit more fancy name. Maybe something french, or maybe name it after himself/famous family member. People tend to enjoy things more if they don't know what's in it.
Or we could abbreviate it to Fim.

In that case, get our architect to design and redesign parts of our town to better combat disease. Better sewerage and drainage systems and good food stores with are impervious to vermin would be a good start.
Yup, just let him make generic improvements. Enforcing minimum street width and stuff like that should make our town much happier than the average medieval town.

Though I'm not sure if many would like this urban regeneration thingy.
I wouldn't mind. The fim is pushing it. Basically, anything a period crazy-but-clever noble could have done, I'm fine with.

And yeah, attract apothacaries and other notable folks if we can. Horse breeding, if we have time and stuff, but I wouldn't call it a priority.

buy more pretzels and a six pack to go then pay off my tab.
Wander off and try to find the nearest hospital.

You buy the pretzels, but the bar doesn't sell six-packs. "If we sell 'em beer to go, they don't stay, y'know?" Your tab and pretzels cost [6] nothing because you forget to pay.
You look for a hospital. [5] You find a free clinic.

Avatar: explain the yolc about the seeds. Tell him to plant them widely spaciated, and also separated by type of seed, so that we can identify the crop.
And maybe someone can gather the ashes from the forge and use them as fertilizer.

Hunting stuff:

As it would be dangerous to retrieve the spear form the leg-wounded deerple (because of the ridgeback), it could be better to make all of them circle the other wounded deerple until it bleeds out.
So:
Hunters: circle injured deerple in the bushes.
Ridgeback: get greedy and kill injured deerple running towards you.
Leg-injured deerple: try to unstick that spear in your leg.
Sounds pretty good.

((Calling them "Tuskers" or something makes sense. After all, we truncate the names of all drakes. Even the Brown Stonefaced Drakes.))

I think it's time for a feeding frenzy. Gamerlord is the feast.
What? Why?

"No, you only get to hold out one hand."

If she wants to play again, right, play again. Go Scissors this time.
