Hm.

Petition: Allow players to create new species on their worlds without needing a petition. These species may not have magical or other abilities which allow them to affect things off-world, nor may their power level exceed that of a fairly powerful superhero (e.g, Superman). Such species are restricted to the player's moon, except by petition or express permission of the owner of another moon, which allows the species to be transplanted there as well.

So many creative suggestions! But since there are so many, with so little in common, I'm not sure if everyone is fine with doing all of them!

Hence, the next turn will mostly just be doing the abovementioned suggestions unless someone comes up with a widely-supported idea or something. However, perhaps not all of them will be done.

The following actions were suggested:
-Making a Food-Making Device
-Painting a Cat
-Animating the Painted Cat
-Sniffing Paint
-Removing Toxin Repellent from Helm
-Giving Statue Intelligence

Which do you support or detract?

Find some kind of animal, ideally a large one. Make it big and dangerous, before tweaking its hormones and such to make it adrenaline-crazed and angry. Then move it over to the mercenary enemy people. Repeatedly use my kukuri on it if stuff fails at some stage after the "Make it big and dangerous" one.

(I dunno, a 10-Str child would basically be a kid version of the Rock while a 0-Str adult would be a wimp with the flu...but yeah, it's kinda simplified. I suppose it's implied that you should pick stats that match your character, eg making kids with low Str and cyborgs with high or something.)

And that's enough combat for this subturn.

Xan: [2+2,4;3+1;1] (Why does some variation of this mutation keep coming up?) Xan coughs up a mixture of sonic blast and poison gas.

NPC Actions:
Some test subjects gather over in a makeshift base. They'll be receiving the last dose of the mutagenic serum, the most...refined. Maybe this will improve their image once and for all? One hopes so, since it's kinda in the toilet right now.
